Very nice stay for a last minute booking. Great service, pleasant and helpful. Very clean hotel.It is a true 3 star hotel with 4 star service…in a bit of a 2 star neighborhood. With that said, there are some great restaurants in the area. There are tradeoffs, but I would recommend overall.

This hotel has an excellent location. The moment you step outside, whether you turn left or right, you’ll find plenty of trattorias, restaurants, cafés, and gelato shops. There is food everywhere, and many places stay open late, so you’ll never go hungry. The hotel is conveniently accessible by both metro and taxi, and many of Rome’s attractions are within walking distance. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, which made sightseeing very easy. If you’re coming from California or are used to newer buildings, the exterior may not look impressive at first. However, don’t let that fool you—the inside is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly made our stay wonderful was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to provide directions and recommendations, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. We are a family of four with two children, and we found this location perfect for exploring Rome. The biggest value of this hotel is its outstanding location. If we return to Rome in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed as family of 4 in early Summer. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean room, we really enjoyed the stay. Air conditioning was working great when we were staying during 33c+ weather. Super market is just across the street, many good Trattoria, Pasticceria, and Bar in short walk.

Oda çok yeni ve konforluydu. Hemen karşısında fiyatı çok uygun olan conad market var. Termini yürüyerek 10 dakika, collesium yürüyerek 15 dakika civarında. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi.

This hotel was walkable to Termini train station and to the Coloseum area. It was not a bad walk to other famaous sites, and was right next to the A line stop which takes you right to all the other sites. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were large. Overall a good value for the price!

We had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :) Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered. Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers. Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:) Area: across the street is Conrad, a grocery store/supermarket. Where you can pick up some fruits and snacks for your room and juice. There is a great Tratoria across the street to the right. It opens at 7pm and they accept walk ins. About a 4min walk is the metro red line. We took it to the Vatican as well as Spanish steps. Coloseum is a 14min walk and breathtaking view when crossing through the park. Overall: This Hotel & Location are great! I can only recommend it. Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the hotel & the location and staff! We stayed in Room 10.

Good proximity to Roma Termini. Walkable with luggage if you’re mobile. Service was very good. Reception was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and holding our luggage while we were out. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Great location to walk to Coliseum.
