Carlotta súper linda y amable, preciosa persona que te recibe con mucha calidez y disponibilidad para dar la información que necesites. El hotel a unos pasos de la terminal de trenes de Roma y tiene enfrente un súper mercado y eso lo hace súper práctico.

The Hotel Ciao has the friendliest and most helpful staff ever! The location is amazing - right across from Termini Station and near many shops, pharmacy, supermarket and food places. I traveled alone and felt very safe. It is perfect if you need an place that makes It easy to get to and from other places via train or metro. They stored my luggage for me overnight when I left and returned. I will use this hotel in future trips to Rome.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning worked well. Location was perfect. Very close to the train station and many restaurants. Would book again and recommend to others.

The staff was wonderful! Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. There is no air conditioning. The heat is centralized so you cannot change it. The front desk staff answered messages promptly and helped me with a special request for my daughter’s birthday. Great find! This is not in the control of the hotel, but they are right across from the train station which is not the safest area if you are with children or planning on staying out really late.

Quarto amplo e muito confortável, com limpeza impecável (nota 10!). Na recepção, há máquina de café ☕ à disposição, um detalhe que faz toda a diferença. A localização é excelente: próximo à estação Roma Termini, ao centro novo e ao centro histórico, além do lindo lungomare. O ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente, mantendo o quarto sempre aquecido. A experiência foi ótima do início ao fim! A equipe de atendimento é maravilhosa, super atenciosa e sempre pronta para ajudar. Amei tudo e com certeza voltarei!

Hotel maravilhoso. Quarto limpo, organizado, muito seguro. O Danilo me recepcionou muito bem. Me deu dicas de onde comer, o que visitar. Sempre muito disponível. A internet é excelente. A limpeza do quarto é feita todos os dias. Tem água e café a disposição. Sem contar na localização que é a poucos passos do Roma Termini. Muito obrigada, Ciao. Voltarei em breve, Deus quiser.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Roma Termini station which was very convenient when arriving from the airport and getting around via the metro or bus. There also were a number of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The front desk was courteous and helpful from check in and out to explaining places of interest and how to get around. I was able to check in early as there was a room available in the morning. My room was a classic single room in the annex building which was a block away. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and a good size given the location. The room was also cleaned daily which was fantastic. Thanks to the staff for accommodating my early check out so my luggage could be left in the room (reception was closed at the time) to be picked up in the afternoon at reception. This was an excellent stay!
