This hotel is centrally located and close to all important places. After arriving by car, it wasnt really a problem to park our car on a street nearby. The receptionists were very helpful and gave us a detailed guide on how to park our car nearby, pointed out places of interest and gave us suggestions for where to go which were indeed worth visiting. The room was quiet, spacious, and clean with a bathroom. I was very impressed with toiletries, WiFi, and a mini fridge. Breakfast was simple but good. It provided all the necessary items of cheese, sausage, bread, yoghurt, fruit, croissants, juice, tea, and coffee. I really appreciate that they offered local produce which was all fresh and real. We were very satisfied with our stay and would certainly return if visiting Tristan again. The lift is the only drawback, but it is only available to the first floor. We had to continue up the stairs because our room was on the second level. It wasnt much of a problem for us, but it would have been if you had kids or have mobility issues. Would undoubtedly return if you were in Tristan.

We discovered a few hotels in Sardinia while on honeymoon, this one being the first. Breakfast is adequate, with a buffet that meets your needs, and the rooms are tidy and newly renovated. We couldn't get enough sleep because our room was very hot and faced the sun. But the next day they changed us to a different room, one that had a view of the interior patio, so it was a problem solved! The location is excellent, in the center of the city and 15 minutes by car from the thermos archeological site, highly recommended if you love history and lots of lovely beaches. All of them have transparent turquoise water and white sand. The only thing I can say about this location, and it's a big one, is that while switching rooms, they broke my cellphone's screen. The fact that it was broken really annoyed me. I must admit that I have some guilt since I put the phone inside the suitcase and not inform them before changing rooms, I think that is a lie. My phone was in perfect condition when I left and was damaged afterwards. I am the one who owns a business and maintains regular contact with customers. A soft skill is required when something like this occurs, when your managerfront desk. I'm not talking about paying my screen or providing a discount, nothing else. Instead of running away from the issue and transferring the guilt away

We had some trouble finding the hotel at first because as far as we could tell it's main sign is on the front door, which was propped up and not visible from the street at the time we were looking for it. But when we checked in, there was a friendly and informative receptionist, quick check in, and good parking information. We stayed 3 nights in a room on the first floor above ground floor. It had patio doors that opened to a large balcony over an interior courtyard shared by all rooms, and a smoking area, so we wouldn't have wanted to be there or have the doors open if it was busy or people were smoking there. The room was nicely decorated with a large foyer, desk, and a big double bed. The bedding was fine, pillows like concrete. Excellent cleaning and breakfast consistency. The location of the hotel is ideal. It was quite a thrilling competition for free parking, but one always showed up within the block and most often on the road in front of the hotel. The only reason for a mediocre cleanliness rating is that the walls could use a coat of paint and the texture of the floor is difficult to wash due to smears and stains.

Although we only stayed for one night, we thoroughly liked the hotel. We had a lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the courtyardatrium space. Both the room and the en suite were spotless and very roomy. On the floor where we were staying, there was a large communal lounge area, decorated with antique furniture in line with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet with a wide selection. The hotel was in a great position, only a short distance from the town center. Metered parking is available on streets near the hotel. After a certain time in the evening, there is no charge, but charges become additional the following morning, so remember to feed the meter correctly. As soon as charging was available, we observed traffic wardens on duty early in the morning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and gave several good recommendations for dinners and aperitifs. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very good value for money.
