This modest motel is situated in a convenient area, less than ten minutes on foot from Roma Tratevere station. The major train stations, terming, and tiburtina, can be reached by train from Fiumicino airport in less than 30 minutes. You can take the tram or a bus to a variety of locations, or you can stroll or eat in just 20 minutes to Santa Maria in Tratevere. We enjoy dining there, particularly in early departures from Fiumicino or flying from anywhere. First, the staff is welcoming and attentive. Marco greeted us and made us feel at home. The two stairway from Giacolense to the hotel is more difficult with luggage. The restroom appears to have been updated and the rooms are cozy. The shower is excellent. There are plenty of outlets for charging electronics in the very clean room. We woke up from guests arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning. While other reviewers observed the location was peaceful, we had to deal with some noise. While other reviewers noted the place was quiet, we had to deal with some noise. It may not be as much of the hotels responsibility, but the guests' lack of warmth may be the most significant component of that responsibility. Our room had a smoking-smoking odor. Please ensure that you have a nonsmoking room

The service here was very good. Upon booking to stay here I got a room which was cleaned and secured for us so that my stay would be comfortable.

The hotel is very attractive and small. Very close to many ancient sites. There is also a free parking facility in this hotel. They also offer good breakfast.

Overall, this place is a very good find. If I ever work in this location again, I will most definitely return. 3 star hotel in Tratevere, close to Tratevere Railway Station and the hustle and bustle of Tratevere, but in a residential area, surrounded by town houses and gardens, halfway up a hill. Not luxurious, if that's what you're looking for, but immaculately clean, cozy, and friendly. The rooms are not particularly spacious, but with beautiful high ceilings and are quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly they'll go over backwards to welcome you and help you out. They are also competent, able to provide information, and prepared. All with a smile. Got some great restaurant recommendations too not easy in Tratevere! Breakfast could be better because the cheese and cold cuts are industrial, but hey, it is a 3 star hotel after all and if you like sweet things, it's perfectly fine, with fresh confetti and cake available. Also fresh fruit and cornflakes.
