Ellas son dos hermanas preciosas y una Princesa se encargan de que la pases unas felices vacaciones en Roma !!, muy bien el hotel , muy limpio ellas son muy especiales y siempre te hacen sentir muy cómoda tu estancia . O hotel fica longe dos pontos turisticos mas fica bem em frente a principal estação de metro de roma e de lá consegue ter acesso a todos as demais estações isso facilitou muito. O bairro é seguro e tem ótimos restaurantes. O quarto que fiquei tinha apenas 1 tomada e não tinha ar condicionado - não recomendo. A comunicação com a proprietária também foi dificil, ela é extremamente grossa e 0 flexivel (porém notei que ela é extressada com todo mundo). Os funcionários são super educados e gentins.

Had 8 nights at Hotel Magic. Staff very friendly. Room kept very clean and topped up the tea and coffee every day. Small fridge in room so could keep milk and food items fresh. Good tv and air con very quiet. Brilliant location, could walk to sites, shops and transport easily. As female traveller on my own I felt very safe. Very quiet at night even though located in a busy part of town. Very simple hotel but just right for me. Thanks to all the staff.

We did not have issues but it’s little difficult to find it as it’s located on a 3rd floor of a building with other hotels. The room was small and bathroom was little outdated but enough for a 4 day stay. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

O hotel é ok para o valor pago. Ele não ocupa o prédio inteiro, somente um andar. Inclusive, no andar de baixo, tem outro hotel. Como o prédio é antigo, o elevador foi adaptado entre as escadas, então ele é bem pequeno, mas super funcional. Estávamos em 5 pessoas, duas subiam no elevador e 3 pelas escada. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, próximo ao Termini, mas em uma rua segura. Quarto com tamanho bom e confortável. O chuveiro deixa um pouco a desejar. Rapaz da recepção e a Moça da limpeza bem simpáticos. O horário do check-in, como é restrito, acaba gerando um pouco de incômodo.

Localização boa, perto de tudo (este aspecto é muito bom). Mas o quarto é muito apertado para 3 pessoas 1 cama casal e 1 cama solteiro. O tamanho do quarto é ideal somente para 1 casal) . Não tem recepcionista que fale de verdade o inglês e fica muito difícil a comunicação. No dia que chegamos não havia água quente para tomar banho. Achei esquisita a recomendação da recepção para moderar o uso do ar condicionado no quarto durante a noite.

Quarto simples, bem limpo, porém achei que faltou coisa básica, como reposição de papel higiênico, só colocavam depois que acabava, não tinha reserva. Localização excelente, pertinho do termini, em região que me senti muito segura. Muitos restaurantes, farmácias e mercados por perto. Não tem restaurante no hotel, nem para café da manhã. É um edifício onde funcionam várias coisas ao mesmo tempo, inclusive outro hotel. Eu fiquei no quarto andar, a recepção era no segundo e no terceiro funcionava outro hotel, que tbm tinha quartos no meu andar. Elevador bem antigo, não tive coragem de usar. Depois do horário comercial não fica ninguém na recepção, se precisar de alguma coisa precisa esperar para o dia seguinte ou fazer contato via WhatsApp. Eu voltaria no hotel se não fosse o fato de terem cobrado valor diferente na diária. Foi progressiva: primeiro dia 498,00, segundo dia 559,00 e terminou com 705,00, no terceiro dia. Quando eu fiz a reserva não observei que seria cobrado valor diferente do anúncio principal, talvez um pouco da culpa seja tbm do hotel.com, só vi no recibo depois que já tinha pago, entendo minha responsabilidade, mas me senti lesada.

Hôtel à proximité immédiate de la gare de Rome Termini, très propre, situé au 3ème étage d'un vieil immeuble avec ascenseur minuscule. Restaurants très bien en dessous, et super bar café local et pas cher pour prendre son petit-déjeuner (rien dans l'hôtel). Chambre assez grande, confortable et bonne literie, TV avec chaines italiennes (chaînes étrangères via le net, donc France24 uniquement). Environnement bruyant avec poubelles ramassées tous les matins vers 6h00 et vis à vis... Le plus gênant, pas d'accueil après 22h00!!!

Expérience très désagréable, ce n’est même pas un hôtel, mais de vieux appartements séparés en chambre (méfiez vous des images, quand je me suis plains du bruit, l’agent d’hôtel me dit que j’étais dans la meilleure chambre de « l’hôtel » et de façon agressive). Très bruyant (6h du matin je me fais réveiller par un agent de l’hôtel qui rentre dans une chambre à côté qui sert de toilettes), personnel peu chaleureux (sauf la femme de ménage très sympa). Le lit rempli de poussière. Seul avantage : proche du centre ville et gare. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT CE FAUX HÔTEL.
