What really made this a great place to stay was the owner; whether it was letting me check in early, giving comprehensive directions to Venice (with an excellent map) or preparing cocoa at breakfast she did it with care and charm. The location is also great, a short stroll from Mestre station, from where one can get to Venice easily and cheaply. The buses run from even closer to the hotel. I'd say this was a more convenient location than some parts of the island itself, as trains run every ten minutes. It's not a luxury option, but definitely much better than hostelling or paying over the odds for somewhere in the city centre.

Very convenient hotel for traveling short distance into Venice by train or bus - train station with frequent service 5 minute walk from hotel (about 15 minutes into Venice by train). Really helpful owner who gave us lots of information and advice when we arrived. Rooms basic but very clean with very good air conditioning - seemed to be recently refurbished. Breakfast okay but limited choice.

Our hostess Karla was helpful and kind. Her communications were always clear and she took the time to answer questions with sincerity and good advice. The hotel is in beautiful condition and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed being away from the tourist crowds on the island of Venice. It was only a few blocks walk to take either a bus or the train, and a 10 Minute ride to Venice. And Karla gave us easy directions for both as soon as we arrived.

Melhor hotel que fiquei na viagem para Europa, a dona do Hotel é muito atenciosa, quartos super confortáveis com ar-condicionado e aquecimento, banheiros limpos e impecáveis, toalhas impecáveis! Melhor custo x benefício para estadia em Mestre/Veneza, de ônibus ou trem você esta na estação Santa Lúcia em 10 minutos, daí é só caminhar pelas vielas de Veneza e aproveitar o visual deslumbrante.

Ruhige, nette Lage, freundlich, Kafeeautomat gut, priv. Bad/Dusche/WC gut. Es hat im Dreibettzimmer Nr.7 leider nach Rauch gerochen obwohl ein Nichtraucherzimmer gewünscht war. Einige Zimmer im EG (auch Nr.7) gehen zu einem Aufenthaltsraum direkt an der Rezeption, so dass die anderen (späten) Gäste die Nachtruhe in den angrenzenden Zimmern erheblich stören.

Questo Hotel ha tutte le carte in regola per poter visitare Venezia senza spendere un patrimonio. Camere pulite e attrezzate con i servizi necessari. Personale ottimo e cortese, ti fa sentire come a casa. Stazione del treno, bus e Tram veramente vicini. Consigliatissimo
