We only stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the quad room, easy access to the train station, on site parking and a clean and soft place to sleep.

Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself.

Hotel Montepiana in Mestre is a quaint little Italian hotel very conveniently situated for a day trip to Venice. Not at all modern, but very well presented and clean. The room for 3 adults was smallish but met our needs for the overnight stay and the airconditioning was a blessing. The staff were very friendly, informative and accommodating given we had arrived early but could leave our vehicle parked on site whilst we travelled to Venice for the day. The train station, as others have stated, was about a 10 minute walk away for the ride to Venice. For just an overnight stay and the convenience to get to Venice, this property is very suitable.

Very close to the train station, practical to park the car and go by train to Venice. There had been a misunderstanding with our bed preference, but the hotel personal fixed it quickly. I can definitely recommend this accommodation

Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, el hotel tiene sus detalles mínimos pero en general es una gran opción ya que está a 5 min caminando de la estación de Mestre y el desayuno está a buen precio y diría ligero pero de buen sabor

Price is right, location is about 10 minute walk from train station. Area is quiet and safe. Breakfast is great at 6 or 7 Euros (I can't remember which). Hotel is a little older with no elevator but they keep it very clean. What sets this hotel apart is the friendly staff. They are willing to help in anyway possible. They speak great English too. They accomidated us on a few travel issues we had that they didn't have to. They just said, "we understand these things happen when you travel and if we can help, we will". I would stay here again without a second thought!

I want everyone who will visit vincenzo to stay in this welcoming and accommodating staff. All very kind and helpful people. They will always assist, explain, and prompt everything you need. The hotel itself is simply fantastic. Venice is only a train stop away, while i took cabs for ten. Transportation is frequently available in any direction. There are many shops around the hotel, but overall, the location was ideal for us. It is immaculate and spotless. We were with the womens wishes to live and be at ease.
