Muy atento el personal, Paulo nos brindo un mapa con las atracciones y nos indico las mejores maneras para movilizarnos en la ciudad. Todo siempre estuvo limpio y acomodando. De volver a Roma, también volveríamos a Orlanda.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Orlanda. It was very close to the Roma Termini which gave us easy access to trains and the metro. There were also good restaurants all around. Taxis had an easy time finding it. The elevator up to their floor was tiny and slow, but it didn't bother us. They gave us a large room because we had a lot of luggage. The only problem we experienced was that my relative (who was older and scared of falling) slipped around in the shower, which scared her. So, the second day, she refused to take a shower. The shower was fine for me. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Lugar muito bom. Próximo da Roma Termini e com restaurantes próximos. Em 10mins de caminhada ja esta no Coliseu. De noite tem uns cracudos na avenida principal mas são de boa, não incomoda ninguém.

A estada foi excelente. A localização é muito boa, praticamente ao lado da Termini e logo embaixo tem restaurantes, mercados e muitos serviços. A equipe de recepção é ótima, fomos muito bem atendidos. A arrumação e limpeza do quarto foram impecáveis. Recomendo e voltaria novamente.

This is a hidden little gem, very close to the Roma Termini. We were looking for a place that was close to that train station as we had to catch an early flight to Napoli the next morning. The hotel was a little difficult to find and I ended up actually going to the wrong door but the hotel manager came and got me and led me into the main reception area and showed us the correct way to come in. I had also had a curling iron die out on me on the trip and was looking to find one and he went and walked down the street to a store to confirm that they had what I needed and then came back and told us. Where do you get that kind of service these days? The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, and the whole experience was truly delightful, at a fraction of the cost for what you pay at the bigger hotels. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is especially helpful. Paulo got us reservations at a hotel in Sorrento where we went next. He gave us a map from the train station in Sorrento to the hotel. They also communicated with us on Whatsapp to help us. We stayed there again after Sorrento before flying out of Rome the next day. Good restaurants are close and a laundry is only a few steps from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and had all of the basics sorted. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage there until 7pm on the day of checkout. The location was ideal for exploring the city. The hotel itself is located on the third floor and there is a small lift if needed. Would recommend.

O hotel é cuidado pela família o que dá para mim, um aconchego especial. Tudo funcionou muito bem, muita atenção no café da manhã. O local (próximo à estação Roma Termini) à noite pode ser desafiador para dormir pela quantidade de pessoas na rua, mas por outro lado é fantástica pela facilidade de se ir andando com malas até a estação, à Basílica de Santa Maria Maggiore, ao coloseo, etc... Gostei e ficarei novamente.

Ubicado muy cerca de Termini, el Metro y la parada de Camion. Esta en un Edificio en un 3er nivel. Tiene Elevador. Tiene desayuno por 5€ por persona. Cuartos muy comodo con baño propio. Aire Acondicionado. Tv, caja de seguridad. Lo recomiendo mucho.
