Huge room by European standards. Giant bathtub. Right on the main steps. Definitely recommend. If you are driving, get instructions from the hotel - GPS will lead you astray.

Great location, friendly staff and a good price. We were here in early November and a few restaurants had already closed. But otherwise Noto was a good place to be based and the sunset on the buildings was something to see.

This is an absolutely lovely little gem right in the centre of Noto. Nice building, well modernised but still with bags of character. After location, the best thing about the Porto Reale are the staff who are absolutely lovely, so friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was really good and the rooftop bar is nice. We actually stayed in the apartment around the corner (dependence). The apartment is really well decorated and quite stylish, with some nice decorator touches, air conditioning and a nice big bed, and a full kitchen with an oven and a hob. The only suggestion we might make is that the kitchen could be kitted out a bit more for example some wine glasses and some basics like salt, pepper, oil. Although most people - us included - would be eating out in the plethora of great restaurants literally on your doorstep. If arriving by car, do definitely read the arrival instructions properly (you literally drive through the arch and then restaurant is just 50m further, pull up in front and then they valet park) -don’t follow Google maps as we did as it took us on a ridiculous windy nearly impassable route in town! Parking and driving around the area is a bit challenging but that is pretty standard in most town centres in the area. These challenges are more than made up for by how charming the area is. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location to tour Noto. It's on a pedestrian street but you can drive there (one block past the gate) and unload. They do valet parking for 20 euro a day (but parking is quite far) or you can park just outside the gate, meter rates max out at 8. Staff very nice, helpful and responsive. Excellent bartender on the quiet roofdeck from which you can see the skyline. Some of their apartments are outside of the hotel, around the block and suitable for long stays, but if you want to be "inside" the hotel then stick to one of the regular rooms.

The hotel was a fantastic find and if we go back to the city this is the only place that I would ever consider staying at. When driving the narrow streets of Noto, i was able to call the office and they directed us where to park, how to find the hotel and met us at the door. The room (it would be more right to call it an apartment) was MASSIVE and in fantastic condition and the view was amazing. Staying in a lot of hotels, this had the best water pressure with a rainbar shower which is fantastic after a day of walking. The hotel has access to the main streets to explore around the area and the main plaza was only a 5min walk with lots of places to eat. Its like 20 steps to the arch of the city and near all of the churches. I couldnt recommend this place enough!

Das gesamte Team ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die etwas schlechtere Bewertung bei der Umweltfreundlichkeit hängt damit zusammen, dass wir wirklich jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen haben. Das ist sehr nett, muss aber nicht sein.

Such a nice hotel right in the center of town! The service was excellent and they even upgraded my room as there was a nicer room available that had a little terrace overlooking the center street. I really appreciated the service at this hotel and the hotel is very nice. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Très bon séjour. Hôtel parfaitement situé pour visiter Noto. Notre chambre était spacieuse, le lit d'excellente qualité et avec une bonne insonorisation. Le personnel est très accueillant et donne des conseils utiles pour les visites. Rien à redire sur la qualité du petit-déjeuner non plus. L'un des meilleurs établissements fréquentés pendant notre séjour en Sicile. Je ne peux donc que recommander cet établissement ! Précision pour les futurs hôtes : le service voiturier est facturé 20 euros par jour. Il est possible (et même conseillé) d'amener la voiture juste devant l'hôtel pour qu'elle soit ensuite amenée par le voiturier au parking sans risquer l'amende encourue pour entrer dans la ZTL (l'hôtel transmet le numéro de plaque d'immatriculation aux autorités pour annuler la sanction)

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way possible. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the main sights of Noto. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Porta Reale.
