This place is very lovely. We will be back shortly to visit. Extremely friendly and welcoming hotel. To make the visit as enjoyable as possible for guests, the management and all the staff go above and beyond to make it as pleasant as possible. This hotel has excellent amenities. During a skiing trip, everything is spotless, comfortable, and productive. The meals are plentiful, varied, and of high quality consistently. Very convenient, close to the village center and ski lifts. Excellent spa facilities and a small pool. There is one large quieter lounge bar that plays music each evening. One tiny, lively tube with snacks and a good selection of beverages. It also happens to be in one of the most gorgeous regions of the globe.

This is a simple hotel on the outskirts of the mountains, just a few short yards from the lifts. We stayed here with our ski club for a week over the holidays. We were greeted with champagne and appetizers during the opening night, and the hotel held up entertaining holiday events throughout the week. This hotel is also dog-friendly. I must highlight a few of my favorite aspects of this hotel. The staff is outstanding! Very kind and accommodating, particularly the kitchen staff, the fun girls at the bar, and the amazing massage therapist! It's a very pleasant experience staying at a hotel if you feel welcome, and this hotel is unquestionably friendly. This is our second year working with the hotel, and we anticipate our third!.

The hotel's service was second to none, and it was very rewarding. The hotel personnel, particularly at breakfast and dinner, were wonderful, attentive, courteous, and quite warm, which contributed to the excellent quality of our ski vacation. Every morning, the breakfast was delicious, hearty, and fresh. Our spacious, organized and meticulously cleaned room had a large amount of hanging space to dry our damp ski jackets after each day. The evening's cuisine was of outstanding quality. And there was more than enough to eat and provided outstandingly every evening, ensuring we had plenty of food after each ski day. The burn chairlift, which transports us to the greater extent and connection to the dolomiti supers area and the Sell rondamarmolada region, is within easy walking distance for two or three minutes. We appreciate you making our ski trip so welcoming and pleasant. Many thanks.

Bra hotell, ok rum, bra städat, men med lite irriterande detaljer. Som gäst får man betala för mediokert biljard. Spa ska bokas separata tider för bastu och pool vilket blir dumt och man kan ej ha öl med dit. Reception va alla lite sura, ej service. Frukost bra men helt ostrukturerad, förval fungera ej, olika bord varje dag och service hade mask men tog i exempel pannkakor med fingrar
