We only stayed for one night, but we felt really good. Its clean, the bed is fine, the bathroom is nice with a hairdryer. Breakfast is really italian. The staff are very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back!.

We arrived a couple of hours before the check in,expecting to be able to store our bags but hoping to be able to check in. The clerk at the desk accommodated us as the room was room was ready. He gave us a map of Milan, sold us tickets for the bus/metro and explained how to go to downtown Milan. Instructions were easy to follow. We picked this hotel as it was fairly close to the the Central Bus station and we had a very early bus to catch the next day.I mentioned that as we had such an early bus the next day,that we would probably miss breakfast and he said that we could come down 15 minutes earlier BEFORE official opening, WOW!, most accommodating.The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.The location was not central but for us, it was convenient as it was close to the bus station. Most importantly, the staff was very accommodating,and friendly and seemed to care about their guests.That's important when booking a hotel room.

Saya memberikan 2 bintang untuk manajer dan kebersihan, jika tidak saya akan memberikannya. Saya memesan untuk 2 orang dewasa dan seorang gadis berusia 5 tahun melalui pemesanan dan ketika saya tiba di hotel pada jam 10 malam, saya menemukan bahwa tidak ada tempat tidur untuk gadis kecil itu, jadi dia harus tidur di antara kami. Sejujurnya itu tidak pernah terjadi pada saya. Biasanya ketika saya memesan untuk ketiga kalinya, jika mereka tidak secara otomatis memberi saya kamar triple, mereka menulis kepada saya apakah saya ingin tempat tidur tambahan dan mungkin menunjukkan harganya. Kali ini tidak ada. Saya mungkin harus membaca baris kecil reservasi dengan sangat hati-hati. Tapi karena itu adalah wanita lebih dari 3 tahun, saya yakin dia berhak atas tempat tidurnya sendiri. Selain itu, kami tidak dapat membuka jendela karena kelambu tetap, sehingga tidak ada cahaya alami di pagi hari dan terutama karena kami dekat dengan dapur dan ruang sarapan, jadi pada pukul setengah 6 pagi kami terbangun karena suara bantingan pintu dan piring yang dikeluarkan dari furnitur.

Parking was free on the street, and the staff was friendly. The room was small, but clean. The air conditioning in the room was very week, and even though it was running all night, it was still too hot in the room. Its a bit outside of the city and urban area, but if you have a car, its not a problem.
