In a peaceful, panoramic setting, this lovely family-run hotel is located just a short stroll from the center of Castalrotto. Nearby are two grocery stores. The large corner room with a balcony was bright and tastefully furnished. Our 3 weeks in Italy were probably the best accommodations we had in Italy, all with a balcony and a sitting area and a spacious bathroom. With a chalkboard, we thought the cuisine was excellent as well. There was a great variety of rolls, meat, cheeses, croissants, and eggs cooked to order if you wanted them. Each morning for breakfast, we chose our main course from 2 options. Each evening, we commenced with a large salad bar with a fish dish, followed by pasta, one evening, a unique film dough Italian dish, soup, the main course, and dessert. There were at least 3 English channels on the large television in our room. The hotel has a bus stop in front of the hotel, and free bus tickets were included during our stay. The only small issue we have is that the internet is limited to the lobby. We had a great time while we were here.

One of the best hidden gems in this area, a fantastic family-run hotel with a great location, a sauna, and a wide variety of activities. Extras that can be purchased for guests, like a bus ticket to get around the area, guest-friendly facilities, and the kind staff that goes out of their way to make the stay unforgettable. The food, particularly dinners, were really unexpected, more german than Italian, which is typical of a region with a German dialect as its native tongue.

We have a wellness area here, including a spa, swimming pool, and Turkish steamboat. The staff in the kitchen is amazing. Our waitress was Petra, who added a warm smile to the hospitality while we were there. The hotel has a parking lot for half of the guests cars, but it is sufficient to park outdoors. The skidoo has heated boots. The game starts every 30 minutes in front of the hotel.

Very nice and charming hotel, located near the center of Kastelruth, with a fantastic spa and relaxation zone. The dinner is fine and the breakfast is ok and varied. The room is neat and comfortable.
