The view from terraces buys it all! The interior is quite poor looking but quite tidy. Changing towels every day cleaning something. Good location. Bus stop just by the door. Public transport is great you can get anywhere! Small mini market just in front. The elevator is out of order so for the view you have to get by stairs.

Sammy the Manager on duty the day we arrived was excellent, professional and informative. He was courteous, respectful and exceptionally kind. He made our stay there very comfortable with his gentle voice and advice on making our visit to the St Peters Basilica a memorable one. The hotel location was great, the room was clean and simple. The views from the beautiful large windows were amazing. We had the window shutters opened from the minute we entered the room to the time we checked out. I recommend VM HOTEL and would stay there on my next visit. Cheers to Sammy!!

Thank you Valerio he is very nice! The hotel is perfect-clean, huge and close to everything, I wished I saw this before we only stay 1 night cause we arrived 1 day early. Definitely will stay here next time! We Highly recommend!

The beds were comfy but making sounds because it’s not a regular bed it’s just a pull out. Elevator is not working but when you book online is not mentioned that it’s not working although they helped us going into the 4th floor going in but now going out. I specifically looked for hotel with ac because it’s really hot. The ac was there but is not enough to make the room feeling like there was an ac because the ac is too small for the room with 5 people for two queen beds and a twin. I guess that’s how they do it here in Europe.

Weather was HOT thank goodness for our room having air conditioning. Bathroom needs an upgrade and the elevator didn’t work. A lot of stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hôtel moyen-bon. Il n'y a quasiment jamais personne à l'accueil. Chambre calme, mais "froide" sans charme. On y passe la nuit et basta ! Tout de même bien situé par rapport au Vatican.

Speciale vicinanza al centro di Roma. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato. Ascensore non funzionante che crea difficoltà a chi deambula male, pulizia (specialmente del bagno) non al top, non una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo.

r ITA flight 9.15.2025 to arrive Rome at 4pm was cancelled, instead we arrived Rome at 10pm. The VM hotel Manager phone 313662611362 Valerio told us that my VM Hotel expedia reserved/paid was cancelled because of late check in pass 10pm instead put us in an old/dirty apartment that Valerio and girlfriend Maria Terasa personally manage and insisted we paid 40 euro per night plus $78.99 and copies of our passports that was mandatory to be given to police. This reservation was my paid/CHARGE to my VISA: Price Summary Booked: Aug 17, 2025 Accommodation 1 $470.31 Nights: 3 (avg./night) $142.52 Taxes & fees $42.75 Booking Protection Plan $29.39 Subtotal $499.70 Collected by Expedia Locally collected mandatory fees/taxes* $78.99 Total $578.69 ============= Hotel VM sent you a message: Sep 15, 2025, 12:01 PM (7 days ago) Dear guest we inform you, check in time expired at 19.30, we was waiting till now but we can't no longer.
