This is a nice hotel. The place is strategically located with an amazing room and the interior is very tidy and clean. The breakfast was not great, but still very good. I think it used to be a buffet but covid 19 is that they only do room service. Be careful when ordering breakfast because I don't do it correctly and miss certain things.

We took a taxi from Bologna via rail to the hotel, which takes about 15 minutes and costs about 20 euros. We left our luggage with the check-in staff because we arrived early. We went exploring and returned, and our bags were in our room. Although there were only paper cups provided, the room was medium-sized and spotless, and there was tea and coffee-making equipment. We requested additional pillows, which they very much complied with. When we went to use the shower, there was little water leaving. When we phoned the receptionist, she immediately responded that she ought to call maintenance. We were ready to go out, so I instructed her not to bother because the shower started working badly. When we got back, there was no water at all. Fortunately, we had some bottled water, so we used it in our kettle and brushing our teeth. We awoke the following morning and once more, there was no water flow! It was almost enough to brush your teeth, and a shower was impossible. The hotel received another report indicating this to them. The first morning, we had scrambled eggs and bacon, which I thought were burnt and extremely hard. As my wife pointed out, she was content to eat them! We had croissants the following morning, which were adequate. I would have cherished to have awarded this hotel more than a twostar rating, but

When I got to Bologna, I think I have found the best place to stay in my life so far. The hotel is in a strategic location, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staffs are very nice and friendly, and the hotel is quite comfy. I feel very satisfied with the service and cleanliness.

I was jetlagged and worried about the distance from the city center when I arrived, but after a nice night's sleep, I found the 15 minute walk to the city center to be very convenient. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were a good size, well equipped and good value. The location is good and the center of the hotel is easy to walk from. The only minor drawbacks were that the entrance wasn't obvious and I walked past it twice before finding it. The main bar only offered limited drinks and didn't have wine, which is a surprise for Italy. neither of these will prevent me from staying there again.
