Our room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. It is located in a great location and very walkable to everything, however our room was a bit noisy because of the nearby markets, restaurants and bars.

O quarto é limpo e amplo, a equipe muito solícita, o café da manhã é bom. Entretanto, deixo dois pontos para que as pessoas se planejem corretamente ao fechar a estadia: 1) o local não é acessível para cadeirantes e pode ser difícil carregar malas até o quarto; 2) é uma região muito movimentada e barulhenta. Apesar disso, eles forneceram protetores auriculares, o que ajudou muito. Valeu a pena, mas não levem muitas malas.

O café da manhã era muito bom e o quarto era maravilhoso e muito confortavel! A localização era otima porém o acesso só era feito com escadas, então pra levar malas grandes pode ficar um pouco mais dificil! Mas de resto ele é perfeito

Passei quase 3 semanas na Itália e de longe esse foi a melhor estadia da viagem, entre norte e sul do país. Desde a recepção fantástica da Baru, que nos deixou entrar no quarto mais de 2h antes do horário de check-in. O café da manhã buffet sem miséria, com bastante variedade (claro, para algo na Itália né, não vão esperando café latino-americano de alguns hotéis). O quarto IMENSO, banheiro muito grande, tem até um corredor. Ar condicionado/aquecedor funcionando perfeitamente, TV sendo SMART. Tem até uma Alexa no quarto que usei bastante (configurei para ser na minha conta, mas depois fiz log out). A localização é magnífica. Vi pessoas reclamando de ser perto do mercado e ter barulho (eles até dão tampões de ouvido), mas em nenhum dos dias ouvi barulho incômodo algum (mas tenho sono pesado), e é muito próximo do Duomo e da estação principal de trem. Tem escadas, mas nada muito dificultoso de subir. As comodidades do quarto são ótimas, com bebidas, pantufas, cafeteira e balinhas. Enfim, foi minha segunda vez em Firenze e MUITO melhor que minha primeira vez em 2019 que fiquei em um hotel extremamente inferior. Desejo retornar novamente e ficar no Il Mercato Centrale com certeza.

Il Mercato Centrale offers an excellent central location right in the heart of the San Lorenzo Market district. From the moment you step inside, the building gives an atmosphere of a traditional Florentine residence. You can see that it was once a private apartment with beautiful high ceilings, which has been thoughtfully converted into several guest rooms with a shared breakfast area. Staff are present mainly in the mornings and early afternoons. Staying here felt like living in a local home, yet having the independence to come and go as you please. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The mini fridge was perfect for keeping drinks cool, and we appreciated the complimentary beverages provided on arrival. A continental breakfast was included in the rate—simple, yet good quality and more than enough to keep us going until lunchtime. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Bouchra. She greeted us warmly at check-in and served breakfast throughout most of our visit. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Bouchra, for your wonderful care and conversation. Hope to see you again soon! A presto!

The room is exceptional. Comfortable bed and heat to have a coffee machine in the room. Free beverages in mini bar which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was superb. Only bad thing is no elevator not good for kids or elderly. Noise is really bad when it’s nighttime and early morning as the leather market is right outside below the windows. Excellent

Nice room for one or two people. A/c was great! Nice view of market and street area. The person on staff was super helpful. Continental breakfast was adequate start to the day. Allows leaving bags before checking in and after checking out. You will have to walk in from a block or two away due to busy market in the streets during the day
