We stayed here for one night while on a tour of Tuscany and loved it. We got lost in the middle of it and she came to help guide us back to our accommodation and then handled all aspects of our trip impeccably with great care and warmth. The room was very nice and had a well-maintained rustic feel.

The hotel is a refurbished apartment so the rooms can't be very spacious. It is located in the heart of the city. The room we had was very nice and clean. Carefully decorated and enough for 2 people. The room window is over the street and it gets noisy in the morning when the town starts to wake up. Maybe more sound isolating windows would help.

We stayed for one night while strolling through France. It had been a very hot day so we were very happy to get here. Lovely compact room and amenities. Great air conditioning! Very friendly and helpful host. Well located in the city and reasonably priced for its location and in line with most other lodgings in the area. The only minor note is that I wouldn't consider paying extra for the breakfast. Without a doubt, I would suggest staying here.

We would certainly return. We only spent one night in this lovely room in the middle of San Giminiano with our two little druthers. Renata the owner was very friendly and we felt very welcome and at home. She directly reserved us a table in a restaurant which was also very nice. We received an extra bed for our elderly dauther. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable.

The owner of the place is Relate, which is very kind and helpful. She also has a garage up the road, which is very convenient. The accommodation is in the heart of San Gimignano, close to the major tourist attractions. We had a minibar with water and an electric kettle. Each room had a private bathroom.
