Schwanger mit Baby auf Straße gesetzt. Wir haben über Expedia das Hotel in Italien gebucht als Familie mit Kleinkind. Wir reisen als Familie viel und unser Kleinkind schläft immer bei uns im Bett. Da es auf Expedia nicht möglich gibt, das so anzugeben, buchen wir immer für 2 Erwachsene und prüfen in den Richtlinien, ob Kinder in den Hotels erlaubt sind. So auch in diesem Hotel, auf Expedia war für die Unterkunft vermerkt: "Kinder unter 3 Jahren willkommen, wenn sie im Bett der Eltern schlafen." Wir kamen im Hotel an und wurden nett empfangen, konnten einchecken und auch am nächsten Tag Frühstücken. Aus dem Nichts heraus sind wir am zweiten Tag gebeten worden zu gehen, da sie sich durch die Anwesenheit eines Kindes gestört fühlen würden. Wir wollten keinen Ärger machen (auch da ich schwanger bin und keinen Stress wollte) und haben unter der Voraussetzung wir würden die restlichen 4 Nächte erstattet bekommen, das Hotel verlassen. Wir haben uns darauf verlassen das Geld vom Hotel zurück zu bekommen, aber nach 3 Tagen war das Geld immer noch nicht da. Plötzlich wurde auf der Expedia Seite der Eintrag geändert, dass Kinder nun nicht mehr erlaubt seien (in weiser Voraussicht habe ich einen Screenshot gemacht, der beweist, dass Kinder in der Unterkunft erlaubt waren bei Buchung). Das Hotel behauptet nun, dass wir falsch gebucht haben und deshalb alle Nächte (die wir ja gar nicht im Hotel verbracht haben) zahlen müssen.
