We loved this hotel. Literally around the corner from the beach! We needed a place to stay for one night before flying out of Rome and this was the perfect solution. Stefano picked us up at the airport for €20/two people. Gave us a great recommendation for a lovely lunch and the morning we flew out, we had their nice breakfast and took a walk on the beach. It was the perfect ending to our vacation. Highly recommend!

A small quaint family run hotel a block away from the beach and a few minutes from the Rome airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up to the 2nd floor without being asked. They also provided beach towels and restaurant suggestions which proved to be excellent! The morning breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this hidden gem!

Where can you find a great beach hotel next to the airport. Hotel is only a short walk away. Staff is super good. Rooms are simple but very clean. We really loved the custom designs of the rooms and how practical they were. Internet was top notch using high end routers and extenders. The TV is worth mentioning being much better than other hotels being smart and us watching shows in our language. They offer transportation to/from the airport for maybe 5 EU less than a Taxi. Their included breakfast is way better than most, I just wish I had more time enjoying it before we left. Finally, I have to say this hotel has a charm and atmosphere way better than most commercial establishments

Great location, 10min drive from the airport but also a 2 block walk from a great beach with beach club (bar, restaurant and umbrella/chair rentals)! Parking was on the street, but we didn't have any issues. The room was clean and pretty, staff was polite and helpful, and we were able to check in 2 hours early when our plans changed at the last minute. Would definitely recommend!

Two blocks from the beach where in summer you can have dinner on the beach. Priscilla was very helpful with our uncertain arrival. Breakfast is OK buffet. Amenities are basic. Pro Tip: the licensed cabs do not go to Fumicino. You are at the mercy of the local taxis that have a separate staging area. If at all possible arrange a shuttle ride through the hotel if you are arriving or departing via the airport.

The staff here are fantastic!!! This is a busy hotel very close to the airport. We spent one night before our flight back to Canada. Such convenience offering free breakfast and option for dinner items later in the day for a charge. There was also a shuttle to the airport for a cost of €10 each!! Loved this place!!

Great location near the airport and walking distance to the beach where there were places to get snacks and drinks. The Second Story Terrace was amazing and a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the sunset! Higher end restaurants seem to be a little further away but they were willing to arrange transportation. Staff was very accommodating. Taxi ride to the Vatican area was about 40 minutes and 55 Euros.

Lovely coastal vibe, close to the airport. Large comfortable room and bath, loved the courtyard for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. They reserved airport transfer, not far from the beach and a few good pizzerias and restaurant. Refreshing stay compared to the overpriced chain airport hotels. 10 min drive to terminals.

A great boutique hotel a block from the sand! Staff were helpful and very friendly. The only issue was our room was a bit warm, the AC worked but not enough for our liking. Breakfast was excellent and there are great restaurants nearby. The convenience to the airport was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here the night before our flight out of FCO! Such a convenient airport hotel that has so many nice touches. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the room was nice (particularly loved the large shower) and the hotel is very cute! We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was also good. They also arranged our transport to the airport at a good price. A short walk to a nice quiet beach made an excellent ending to our trip and we also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The small size of hotel and location felt miles removed from the crazy crowds of Rome! Note: this is in a quiet neighborhood near airport and not in the tourist center, it’s a more “normal” area - for Americans who haven’t traveled much in Europe please note this doesn’t mean it’s an unsafe area. I heard a comment from a fellow guest that the area seemed “sketchy” - it’s not. I felt completely safe here and had no concerns about the area. Would definitely stay here again!
