This place has a great welcome. Very clean and the towels were so nice and thick. I enjoyed my stay here. The location is upstairs in the block, so you have to ask a street person to find it. Breakfast is nice and comes with facilities to make drinks and coffee. Only one drawback - no outside signs.

We did not care about the city of paler itself in the interest of fairness, so perhaps it damaged our perception of the i. We are also people who often get up and out so having breakfast around 900 am is not our thing. Having said that, there are some things I would like to have known prior to booking this property. Around 7:45, we arrived and walked a short distance from the train station to the be through a dismal neighborhood. However, the structure appeared to be extremely secure. Alessandro was waiting for us and was really kind and friendly. He had a map and pointed out several locations where we could get seafood, gelato, prancing, etc, all of which were 15 minutes or more from the i. The room was nice and clean, and there was a shared kitchen that guests were welcome to use. He asked about our breakfast preference and we chose croissants, but he did offer eggs and bacon and suggested we mix it up during our fivenight stay. Another problem was something outside of alessandro control, the location. Although it is convenient to the train station, the area seemed to be relatively safe and very noisy. People yelling and continuing on the street outside. It woke us up more than once each night. We did try the two or two nearby, and they were not good. Just a few additional point to note.

This property is a short walk from the train and bus station, and near a variety of kalsa attractions, and is comfortable, stylish, and run by a very friendly and helpful hosts. We stayed twice on a monthlong trip to Sicily in April 2019. Our second visit was just one night, but it felt like coming home. At the start of our trip, we had spent three days there. Alex and Elisa were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic.
