For non refundable rate plans, the guest will need to guarantee booked reservations by providing a credit card registred to the same name, moreover the property will ask to show another credit card, if the name of the guest does not match the one on the card used for the booking.In case of anticipated check-out, the property will charge the guest the total amount of the reservation.Bookings of more than two rooms, could generate different conditions and extra charges, that will be communicated from the property after the initial reservation phase.For late check-ins a penalty of € 30,00 (for arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00) or € 50,00 (for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00) will be applied.
