This was a very good location, in side the castle. Hotel is amazing. The room was with beautiful view. Very comfortable beds. Clean and nice. Tasty breakfast. We ate outside. Thank you for amazing vacation at very beautiful and unique place

The hotel is located under the walls of the beautiful castle. The staff are nice, the service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious. The room is small, but well equipped and comfortable.

The wine and cheese shop appeared to be connected to the i. We ate there for two out of the three nights we stayed at the i, and later had a wonderful pizza from the pizzeria on the tiny plaza near the hill to the castle. It was a distinctive spot to stay with welcoming personnel Overall, it was a lovely place with a welcoming staff. However, you will need a car and be prepared to deal with parking problems.

My husband loves the movie Lady Hawk, so I was glad to spend the night at the castle where the movie was made. This was our best stay of the entire trip to Italy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Three of us each reserved a room in the tiny village of Torrechiara, near the walls of the imposing Castello di Torrechiara, at La Yolanda del Forgo. During the heatwave of June 2019, it was 102 degrees fahrenheit outside, so the air-conditioned bedrooms were much appreciated. The hotel's stone walls kept the breakfast room naturally cool, and the patio was cozy in the shade. The five-room hotel has a welcoming proprietor-manager who is charming and accommodating. I heartily suggest this modest location. The coffee was delicious, and the breakfast was even better than most Italian hotels. A tavern and a restaurant are both nearby. You will be delighted you stayed here. The town has breathtaking vistas.
