As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay. The fee is not included in Agoda's price and must be paid at the Hotel.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Please note that as per regional laws, extra beds are available for children until 12 years old in the Standard Double Room. Above 12 years, an additional room must be booked in order to comply with the law.
Baby cots, available until the age of 3, have to be requested and confirmed in advance by the property. The fee is 10 EUR per night that has to be settled directly at the property.
Please note that the hotel does not have 24 hours reception; therefore guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request Box during booking.
Reception is open from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Late check-in from 17:00 until 23:00 can be arranged at no cost. Late check-in after 23:00 can be arranged for an hourly fee.
