The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located on a quiet street walking distance to the train station and to the duomo and Uffizi. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate an early check in and stored our bags after check out since our train was departing in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We had a great stay for 1 night. Staff at reception both days were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected for the price we paid. It is a great location to explore the city without being in the middle of all the noisy parts of the city. Just around the corner from the train station which was brilliant. Hotel were happy to mind our luggage after we checked out and went exploring

This was last minute reservation after my Airbnb has been canceled, wasn't expecting much, bul this hotel was a nice surprise. The room is updated with all the amenities that make your stay very comfortable.the breakfast was amazing and Eva the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly, highly recommend.

At this time, it was the worst hotel I stayed in during my 19day visit to Italy. Be warned, sometimes price is not everything! My decision to spend four nights at this hotel was unfortunate. The location is good, especially if you need to be close to the main railway station. Water pressure in the shower is not too bad either. Thats where it ends. I was originally intended to travel with a friend but they canceled last minute, despite this the twin room had been paid for in advance, so I was checked in accordingly. When he led me to my room, the front desk staff member made a point to take the second set of towels. Aside from not needing the second set of towels, I thought this was petty and unnecessary and could argue that the use of those towels had been well and truly paid for, but let it slide. They treat visitors as if they are untrustworthy and include the to and air conditioning remotes, the do not disturb sign, an adapter, and a mosquito repellent device in a small ziploc bag that must be returned at check out. Assume you must pay for anything if something goes missing during your stay, but that certainly does nothing to make you feel welcome or as a guest on vacation. It is a problem, but again, there was a lack of disposable cups or sugar, which is not even a cheap

The hotel was spotless and modern. The staff was also very friendly. Our room was large, but the only complaint is the traffic noise. For the price, this place is a steal. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in Florentine.

We stayed one night before leaving, but it was acceptable for a second time. Son Station is only a short stroll away. There are some good restaurants nearby, and the majority of the places can be reached on foot. Everything is provided and in excellent condition, especially the air conditioning in the room in june. Nothing fancy or remarkable, but you get what you pay for. There are sufficient charging ports in the room for a few phones and a powerball charging device that is missing in most hotels. Staff are not courteous.

Wir suchten ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofes & das war es. Ein kleines Zimmer für 5, das Bad sehr alt mit vielen losen Teilen. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war toll, einfach ein sehr enger Saal. Wir durften unser Gepäck aufbewahren, das war sehr nett. Dass der Lift nicht geht, schon länger, hätte man erwähnen können, da das Hotel im 3. Stock liegt.

NOT a family place at all. Can't sleep in the night due to the noise being caused by other people in the hotel, at night you can't do anything about it. There's no one to call, no one outside in the lobby or on the floor where the rooms were. Horrible customer service. The washroom is so small. Especially shower area is so tiny, you are not able to move a step. You can't take a shower properly. Elevator is only for suits cases use, it cannot hold more people it's so old. There are so many stairs to walk so it's very difficult to walk up them, if you have any health problems, this is definitely not the place for you. Overall the hotel did not look like the pictures at all. Think twice before booking this place.
