Amazing experience! Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Their reception is inside of “Living Liqueurs” a popular bar lounge staffed by an amazing crew from bartender, to Matteo the bar manager and last but not least the general manager Eksell - super courteous, friendly and highly professional - they made my stay so much more enjoyable. Looking forward to my return.

Amazing property. Beautiful bar/restaurant with great food and drinks (and really awesome chocolate croissants for breakfast). Lovely area. One minute walk to the tram. Some excellent restaurants just steps away. Loved this place!

Excellent room in a superb location. Janet at the check-in was really friendly and everything worked likena charm. The building itself was under massive renovation at the time, but that did not bother us.

A great location in central Milan. Not easy to drive to and with no local parking, so dump the car and take the tram - they're an authentic throw-back, only 2€ and there's a stop only two minutes from the hotel. The team were friendly and welcoming, a little apologetic for the work around the building (which was really no big problem) and offered us a free drink from the bar, which has a relaxed and comfortable feel. We'll be back :-)

The room was great, and the location right next to the park was perfect. Everything was very clean and nice, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider using Living Suites again if we travel to Milano again. Be aware of the breakfast being fairly simple, but with so many restaurants, pastrys and cafés very close this isn't a big problem. All in all, we were very happy.

Overall, the condo was lovely and in a fantastic location. For this reason, I would not rent this condo once more. In May 2021, we spent a week in a twobedroom oceanside apartment. What we liked and disliked about the residence are summarized below. The condo was of a reasonable size, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a terrace. We were unhappy with the apartment next to ours for the first two nights because there was always noise coming from it all night long. We made three trips down to the condo security on the first night to complain. Security arrived at the condo and made a noise and asked individuals to turn down the music. 5 minutes after security left, the music was switched back up. The noise was the same at night. I believe that the management isnt present at the condo, and each condo has a different manager. If you have an issue with another condo, one manager must talk to another, and it takes some time for the issue to be fixed. After a restless night, the problem was finally resolved and was not a problem for the remainder of the stay. There is no concierge at the condo. The front desk receptionist was working, but she made it clear that her function was not to provide directions or assist with tourist inquiries. The safe in the condo was broken. We have repeatedly asked for someone to come and fix the safe, but the safe didn

The location was so strategic. The bathroom area was very beautiful. The free access to the marriage beach club is available. There is parking available here too.

The location is fantastic, as is the staff. Janet gave us a warm welcome and was always available to answer all our questions. Breakfast is very yummy even if it is a simple one. The size of the room is very ideal, the bed is very comfy and very peaceful. It's a must in Milan!.

Very nice room and location. Logistics needs an update. I had checked in online and received a code. The building did not have a sign on it for the suites. It was not mentioned in any communication that the check-in was in the restaurant below. With the code we entered the building, we started with floor 1, where the living suites were indeed located. The code did not work on any of the rooms after we first tried on the number 2 we were supposed to have. We called and got a master code for room 2, put our stuff there, and left for lunch, etc. When we came back, we were called to the 'reception'. Turns out, there was another section where our prestige room was. There was no signage anywhere in the building.... They did move our luggage to our actual room, so that was courteous. Why send a code when check-in is not finished? All good after this mishap.

Not easy to find as you need to go to the bar/restaurant next door first, however a warm welcome and a friendly and fast service. Very nice looking room but unfortunately found some hair witch wasn’t mine…..that’s a pity……breakfast in the nice bar/restaurant (included). Not a buffet but several things too choose from. Overall would like to visit it again however probably just by incident, cleaning needs to be improved!

Wonderful location, and comfortable room. The hotel is part of a bar, where the staff has questionable service education. They didn’t clean the room during the day, but at 18 they came to the room and opened the door without knocking. The staff continuesly got our orders wrong, with no regrets. There were 1,5 staff member per table, yet noone paid attention to the guests, as they were all talking to each other. Upon checkin we arrived at 13, but couldn’t check in before 15. We asked to leave our bags, so we could explore the city, and they just left our luggage in the bar, open for everyone to see and take.

Located next to a park and restaurants, this property was perfect for our stay in Milan. Tram service nearby and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean, upgraded and quiet. Bathroom a bit tiny but workable. (Most European bathrooms are small anyway) We had some confusion on how to check in as the bar/cafe downstairs is where you check in. No front desk or automated check in. Food was good and the staff was helpful with holding our bags while we went exploring. Checkin was prompt but early checkin was not an option. Overall 8 or 9 out of 10

All good but a bit noisy outside. it is an area with a lot of bars so convenient but don't expect peace. Regarding the room and staff all was great. Couldn't get the internet to work but not a big deal as plenty of phone signal

Arrival was very well managed and attentive. However the air conditioning in the room didn’t work and although there was a voucher for a drink and breakfast the choice of drinks was very limited. The service at breakfast was terrible. Again the chive was very limited (not from the full menu included). The salmon omelette was hard (not freshly made) and my yoghurt and granola never arrived. I had to ask twice for it and in the end I went and got it myself and the first bowl I was given with it was dirty. Not good service at all.
