Although sharing the bathroom, it is quite tidy. Excellent location, huge room. But, as mentioned above in the hotel information, there is no breakfast included. The rooms are on the ground floor, so there is no AC. The fact that there is no air conditioning, but the windows are open, this is taking into account summertime. The fact that we didn't have a front desk staff to greet us and we had to turn on our phone number to call once we got there is why I'm giving this three out of four stars. Parking must be paid for. A shared coffee maker is also present in the corridor.

In the summer of 2017, we reserved this lodging for one night. It's convenient and in the heart of the city. It's tidy. There is no front desk in the home. After telling the owner your late arrival time, the proprietor will then give you the key and the code for the front door. No breakfast is offered, contrary to the tripadvisor description. In the hall is a coffee maker. The downside is the fact that the rooms are very hot in the summer and that they are near to a remote river, so it's a little noisy there.

I booked a twin room. Nice clean design, balcony on the ground level of a private building. Therme, river, resto, etc are all nearby. Friendly host. Free coffee making in the corridor. Approve 6 rooms sharing a spacious shared bathroom with shower and toilet and separate toilet. Wifi did not work properly but it think will be fixed soon.

After we had to leave another hotel in Mean due to bad service we booked the double apartments and it was great clean and easy slept a good night and discovered mean being central in Mean the place to be host and housekeeper have been great

The location is right on the river, opposite the promenade. The room and washroom are clean and tidy. No reception, but entry code a bit difficult. Staff were then very friendly. Parking is expensive. We used public parking for free on Sunday. Overall, highly recommended and good value.
