Nous avons été très bien accueillis la chambre était super propre et l'hôtel est bien situé au centre-ville près des commerces et du marché nous avons mis notre voiture sur conseil du patron dans un parking à 200 m on a eu aucun problème pendant 2 jours on recommande cet hébergement

Staff was friendly, understanding, and helpful. They explained everything that required very quickly and clearly. The location is strategic and just five minutes walk to the beach. There are plenty of parking spots nearby just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Låg mitt bland shoppinggatorna, nära stranden, rätt nära tågstationen. Trevlig personal, dock ingen reception utan de kom och mötte oss och sedan kunde vi ringa dem från rummet om vi ville något. Fräscha rum och bra wi-fi.

The location is very strategic, and the room is large and clean. The personnel welcomed us outside the inn, and they were friendly and helpful. Towels were changed daily. We wanted to stay one more night, but it was arranged by mail. Literally next door are good places to eat breakfast and lunch, and the best restaurant in town is less than 2 minutes away!.

We are in the middle of the city, and the sound of outside can be heard. It didn't bother us very much, but some people might not have good luck. When I saw the room, which was huge, clean, and had excellent Italian furnishings in the bathroom, I was really pleased. But there is no wifi. It's around two kilometers away from the train station, but it's in the center of a well-known shopping area. I was thinking how I should write a fantastic review for this establishment, and bam! The next morning, there wasn't any hot water in the shower. I looked for a phone to call and let you know, but there was no number. You have to wait for someone to grant you access to their office because the actual office is in the same building. We had not much time to leave, but I did inform the memory inn employees that there was no water and asked for compensation for the inconvenience. The person did not understand English, or he pretended not to, as he appeared to comprehend the previous day quite well. I didn't want to inquire about compensation, but I wanted to enjoy our vacation. I hoped that they would be polite enough to offer a discount because it's a big deal to have no hot water, but nope, I was charged the entire amount.

I never saw any staff in the reception area. Everything was done on the phone. hallways and stairs are small. Moving luggage could be difficult for the elderly as the elevator doesn't go all the way to the ground floor. The rooms though are decent and the hotel location is great as it's close to everything.
