The best hotel service ive ever had for my trip to europe. The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and spacious. If i visit rome again in the future, i will definitely come back.

Very good location in the middle of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a spa with a swimming pool, sauna, turkish bad, salt room and hot tub. Train and metro station termini is 500 meters away, you can get to must places by metro. For some, you can take the bus.

Kamar tidak saya kunjungi dan saya tidak memilihnya. Saya hanya di sana untuk makan malam. Layanannya cukup kaku, hadir tetapi tidak mengganggu. Sayang sekali air mancur di kamar dimatikan. Lokasinya. Saya masih heran bagaimana lingkungan seperti itu bisa berada di depan Stasiun Termini. Bagus sekali, selalu senang bisa kembali lagi.

Saya dan keluarga memberikan bintang 5 penuh karena semua layanan yang diberikan oleh pihak hotel dan semua stafnya terbukti sempurna. Dari saat kami tiba di resepsi mereka melakukan yang terbaik untuk membuat kami merasa nyaman. Suite lebih luas dari rata-rata dengan dua kamar mandi, masternya memiliki shower dan bak mandi. Spa terorganisir dan staf berkualitas. Sarapan bervariasi dengan produk segar dan staf ruang makan selalu tepat waktu dan memperhatikan setiap meja. Selain itu, dua kelebihan yang tidak pernah menjadi hal buruk tentang hotel bintang harga yang tidak berlebihan dan yang terpenting staf yang tidak terlalu mengatur seperti yang biasanya ditemukan dalam kategori ini. Pastinya ketika kita kembali ke Roma kita tahu kemana harus pergi.

Akibat melalui jalur kereta api di samping atau di bawah hotel, tempat tidur bergetar, dinding bergetar seperti gempa. Kulkas yang berisik, tempat tidur gemetar, tempat sampah di luar jendela tempat botol-botol dibuang. Kurang tidur. Sarapan sangat sederhana. Stafnya bagus. Namun, tidak ada kondisioner rambut, tidak ada sikat gigi, pasta gigi, body lotion. Semua yang seharusnya dimiliki hotel dengan uang sebanyak itu (500 euro per hari). Yah, sekali lagi. Sangat kotor. Pada malam pertama kami dibawa ke penjara, penjara bawah tanah: dua jendela kecil di dekat langit-langit, yang berada di luar jangkauan. Oleh karena itu, kurangnya pandangan terhadap setidaknya sesuatu. Cobalah berjalan di atas "desainer" dengan sandal hotel: Anda merasa seperti berjalan di lantai yang selainya tumpah. This may be a little strange for me because I enjoy seeing hotels standardize their offerings across the globe, and you'll know what you're getting here. This hotel is different from the others in the madison suite, which is both excellent and terrible. Since it is an old, renovated palace close to rome's major railroad stop, the coliseum, Spanish steps, and other attractions are all close enough to be appreciated, even for me at 75! The lobby is freshly painted, and the accommodations are situated on various somewhat bumpy floors based on their functions, such as a spa, etc. Its still fairly expensive, as are all city center hotels these days, but it is roughly manageable at 450 per night I. Although we reserved a junior suite for three nights, when we arrived, we were given the oddest room. This was not exactly what we expected, but a oneroom suite was provided in the area where the seating and table would ordinarily be situated. We also walked into the sauna and haram spas, but unfortunately, we were taken over by a plastic haram spa relaxation bed. Because of that, it would have been acceptable to use saunas and haram spas. I suggest checking to see what sort of room youll receive upon booking. There are no usb sockets and the scarce number of electrical outlets for telephone and computer power

Hotelnya bagus, lokasinya strategis dan semuanya mudah diakses. Parkirnya sangat mudah dengan staf yang ramah dan fasilitas kesehatan yang bagus untuk melepaskan diri dari hiruk pikuk kehidupan sehari-hari. This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. A little on the pricey side, but worth every penny. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff and services are exceptional. You are also close to the station, have many options for transportation, and receive a 5star service! They really care about small things like cookies and notes on pillows during cleaning, and everyone working will take the time to talk to you if you want. All the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and just so amazing i really didnt want to leave. Particularly the girls at reception, clizia, eleonora, irene, elisa, and luca in the restaurant. They will help with any request, room service, directions, planning your route, making special request crepes, and they are all generally lovely people! The superior collection room was also fantastic, very spacious, with plenty of space for your belongings if you stay with another person, there is a large bathroom for you to use, and the beds are like a dream! amazingly comfortable! Once the air conditioning was on, it was perfect! Showers are fantastic and powerful! A minor drawback is that i thought the room price included access to the pool, but it is separate and only accessible if you pay for the spa. However, this is only eur 20!.

The bellhop was the first person i met. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. Additionally, the service provided is excellent. If you need a refreshment, consider using the spa. It helps you to unwind for a day. Additionally, the location is ideal, being close to the termini station.

Excellent service and supper friendly. Taxis attempted to take advantage of me. When i asked them for assistance, there were five of them dealing with taxi drivers at the front of the hotel. Excellent location to stay in rome. Staying at this hotel made me feel secure.

Luxurious hotel with topnotch service. The first hotel with two types of slippers. Very considerate one for the room and another for the spa and bathroom. When you check in, you get a nice upgrade to the executive room, which includes two suite rooms, one and a half baths, an enormous bathtub, and of course a bath salt. Breakfast was very prepared, with a variety of options, fresh vegetables, and delicious pastries. The latte was smooth. All in all, a great stay at a very affordable price range for a fivestar hotel.
