Great location. Balcony is a nice perk to have your morning coffee. We were in Room 1, it’s has a shared wall with the little breakfast area, gets a little noisy with the coffee maker on that wall. Breakfast is just cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt and pastry option. When arriving to the pantheonsuites you will be in front of now big double doors, ring the bell for entry and take elevator to the third floor. The location you can’t beat, walkable to everything. If there is something that you really want to see get your tickets asap, they sell out fast. There is a restaurant right across the alley, great food! Rooms were super clean and we had everything we needed.

Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff who were very accommodating to a traveling family of 5. Used the transportation from the hotel to the airport and there were no issues and they were on time. Will definitely be staying here agian!

All of our flights were delayed so we arrived over 8 hours later than planned. They were quite good about keeping in touch and even offering flight options. It was nice to be greeted by a friendly face at the end of it all.

You can’t beat the price for the location of this tucked away gem. Keep in mind this is like. B&B so don’t expect a 5 star hotel. The staff was friendly and felt like family. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. They had a small breakfast area with fresh pastries, yogurt, cereal and a cappuccino machine. Don’t forget to pack your universal chargers!

We loved the position of this property Just a short walk to the Pantheon Have to time your arrival as costs may incur after 8 pm and no access after midnight Our plane arrived on time from Australia so we had no problem. Breakfast provisions were good. A glimpse of the Pantheon from our wimdow

Outstanding, incredible b&b. So very helpful and quick to respond. Made our 24 hour trip to Rome so memorable we will definitely return! Can not say enough about the lovely accommodation, room with balcony, delicious breakfast. Just delightful and the location was superb! .Also recommend allowing them to arrange transportation. Super nice driver Nico (spelling off) could not have been kinder!!

We enjoyed 3 nights very much. But we were sightseeing so we left early in the morning and came back late every day. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating. We felt like we were staying with friends. Coffee, danish, fruit provided and we brought to our room. I felt bad for making coffee so early in the morning because I probably disturbed the whole place. The atmosphere is spectacular, hot hot water, comfortable bed, excellent AC. Walls a little thin but not too bad. Elevator small, but 2 people ok, safe locks (main door, gated entrance and then the hotel and then room). This is a building built in the 1700s (I believe) and close to Pantheon. The hotel has no control over the noise from street but it wasn’t bad. This is a guesthouse so the staff leaves at night. We felt perfectly safe.

Very close to all the historic sites we wanted to see (walkable for most). Uber and taxi was very easy to use for sites further away. Plenty of dining options within a few minute walk. Very quiet property. We felt safe and secure.

Out family of five stayed for two nights and it was great. The location was easy to find and about 75 meters from the entrance to the Pantheon. The rooms were nice and in good shape. The air conditioning was cold and the rooms were clean. We were able to leave our baggage upon checkout and returned later in the afternoon to pick it up. I’d recommend staying here for sure.

Great location! Close to many of the wonderful sites of beautiful Rome. We had a late arrival but was were welcomed so graciously. Staff was awesome. We had difficulties with out Air reservations and they were helpful in assisting us. The breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. Afternoon happy hour and munchies was a wonderful surprise! The room was clean any very nicely decorated. Great bathroom. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

While we’ve been to Rome many times we’ve never had the opportunity to stay in Rome overnight and wake up there to enjoy the sights and sounds of morning in the Eternal City. Pantheonview view gave us that opportunity and it was so special! This is an adorable B&B with lots of character. The cocktails at happy hour and the continental breakfast were perfect, as was the location. The only negative was that it was on the top floor. Thank goodness there was an elevator! I would definitely recommend this B&B and will stay there again for another romantic overnight stay.
