Contesto molto rilassante, personale molto cordiale, ottima colazione, camere ampie,luminose, clima ok,la struttura avrebbe solo bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione nelle parti più datate, tuttavia il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimale considerati tutti i servizi e le tre stelle sono anche poche perchè è molto meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. La location della riserva naturale è ideale,la è spiaggia meravigliosa.

I was amazed what a beautiful hotel it is and how much fun and activities they have and what an amazing staff they have and not very well known on the European market. I would highly recommend this hotel and is already planning to go back. I wish there would be flights all year round from Dublin. Huge huge thank you to the amazing staff who make sure I was ok. Baldo, gaspare, guiseppe Jessica and Alex from the bar who shared his knowledge about the Sicilian wine. Fantastic idea to have all the different activities at the hotel you make yourself new friends. Definitely go back soon

Mare veramente splendido anche se a volte con troppe correnti. Servizio spiaggia inappuntabile. Animazione dinamica e coinvolgente Ristorazione ok, unica pecca la mancanza di frutta fresca a colazione e a cena. Si dovrebbe riattivare il servizio escursioni, attualmente inesistente.

It was a very pleasant stay and a extremely well suited place for children who love to get wet, both in pool and the sea. It´s 100% italian hotel, and we where the only "foreigners". There were atleast 10 sailboats (Lasers and Hobie cats) that you could youse for free, and free sunchairs at the beach.

Large, clean rooms, with an excellent view over pool, beach and Mediterranean or pleasant surrounding country. We were the only English there (mostly Italian) which was fine, but few staff spoke much English; they were very helpful. You need to take at least half board, there is nowhere else to eat, but the dinners were good and reasonably priced (20 euro for buffet including water and wine). Excellent starters, good pasta and sweet, but only fair main course. Friendly, eccentric entertainment, which was quite loud at times, and went on till 12.30 on two nights of the week we were there. Ask for a room NOT overlooking pool if this is a problem. All round a good, quiet well run, reasonably priced hotel.

In general, it's a huge, sprawling resort, which is likely enjoyable for school-going kids, extended families, or hearing impaired individuals. We were directed to stay at the Paradise Beach Retreat, which is quite different in terms of location and style because our original booked hotel near Selinunti experienced a water emergency. It's a massive concrete structure that juts out of a natural setting and is a reserve. The dining experience was bland and disappointing, particularly considering that you are visiting Sicily and cannot have great meals. Because the hotel is remote and near great restaurants, we were restricted. The rooms are basic. For three nights, I heard hallway traffic late into the night. The beach appeared fantastic. Not my kind of location.

The location is in the middle of nowhere in a natural reserve near a beautiful beach, far from everyone and everything. The hotel is clean but in dire need of a facelift. The rooms are quite old. I suppose they have never been redecorated in the last 30 years. It would be difficult to open and lock the room since the doors still lock with a common key. As such, it isn't turned on before June. Being in Sicily, it was expected that the food would at least be sumptuous and to a certain Mediterranean standard. In reality, it was horrible, I have never been to a cheaper buffet than what they serve. We stayed 3 nights with half board and it was not changed the menu. When the restaurant is open 15 minutes later, the antipasto is gone kaput, empty dishes are not replaced. The only items in abundance are non-edible pasta and rice. Far from being al dente, they are so soggy you would never imagine eating pasta in Italy. It surely remains a big lump in your stomach. Breakfast is rotated and served as an evening meal. The fresh fruit at breakfast is very sparse. Only canned pineapples, peaches, and prunes were offered. No fresh bananas or strawberries that ought to be abundant and in season were ever served. Being in sicily, one expects to drink good

My wife and I have just completed a road trip to Sicily. I stayed here for a night to rest between the valley of the temples and Ericesan Vito Lo Capo. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly. Buffet dinner was offered for 30 per person, so I chose to drive to Portopalo and eat there instead, which, judging by breakfast, was a good choice. The place itself was clean and spacious, very family friendly but a return to the past. Their private and one beach was the best feature, despite having to pay 5 to use it and 4 to hire beach towels. But, it seemed a bit strange because it was the only resort hotel in the area, plonked in the middle of coastal farmland.

Overall, I wouldnt advise this hotel unless you have a limited selection. Sleeping was extremely comfortable. The beach was gorgeous. Very close to Selinunte archeological park. Negative the hotel itself needs some serious improvement. It must have been a peaceful place when it was built, but now it is dilapidated. With only three elevators, the lobby is pure chaos and often requires long waits to climb and fall. The air conditioning only comes on at 14 h and is turned off at 6 h Centrally controlled where is we, a communist nation. There is no official parking lot or area where you can pull up to unload your vehicle. Cars must park on the road around the structure. The meals are extremely overpriced with lunch costs 25 euros per person with no sandwiches or a la carte options. Dinner costs 30 euros per person! Breakfast was complimentary but we skipped it on the first morning due to the mess people everywhere and the bad selection and the room was stuffy because the ac was turned off at 06:30. I convinced him to make a copy so I could take it with me because he had to enter my information into the computer. They were only dumping other peoples documents on the counter in a very busy lobby where anyone could grab them over the desk and grabbed them. We had much better luck in bed and breakfastshome

Where to start? Okay good things. Beautiful beach, the best weve ever seen in the south of Sicily Clean and large rooms. It's all finished. The air conditioner stops working at 630 am and restarts at 230. The room has AC controls, but they don't work. The food is bad at 25 euros per person for lunch, so ill stick with army rations. The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel is an extremely ugly and large structure from the inside. The interior looks like a warehouse. Much worse than my accommodations with the army during deployment. There are not enough elevators for the number of people. The customer is wrong ever! The staff, except our maid maria, was no help. I advise booking a room somewhere else and going to the beach at Selinunte.

bello albergo,bella animazione sia in piscina che al mare,pero' non comfortevole per bambini inferiori ai 2anni riguardante il mangiare e il servizio a buffet per alcuni piatti potrebbero servilli ai tavoli per evitare discussioni es insalata di polipo , piatti pitici.ottima la bebi dens ragazze veramente brave e a modo .MIa figlia di22 mesi fino a oggi mi dice papa ababbbare cioe' a ballare, mi ripete tutti i nomi degli animatori .non mi e pesata la vacanza e ci siamo divertiti molto.

Отель расположен достаточно далеко от населенных пунктов, поэтому когда соберетесь отдыхать в этом отеле необходимо позаботиться о личном транспорте. Или же пользоваться услугами микроавтобуса, который отвезет Вас в ближайшие населенные пункты, но опять же в определенное время, и заберет по расписанию. Выезжать придется хотя бы за тем чтобы купить питьевой воды, так как стоимость 1 бутылки емкостью 1 л. будет стоить 1,50 euro. Как понимаете это не дешево и совсем мало. Огромное спасибо аниматорам они большие молодцы!!! Каждый вечер отличные спектакли и представления. Для детей дискотеки и игры. Также целый день они работают и на пляже и около бассейна. Что касается уборки номеров, то здесь надо отметить, что убирают не очень хорошо. Один раз вообще никто не убирал. И подгадать во сколько придут убирать невозможно.... Касаемо еды, то здесь можно смело ставить 5!!! Большое разнообразие и на завтрак и на ужин!!! Пляж отличный. В целом понравилось. Я в этом отеле второй раз.
