If you've never taken a mud bath before, I would advise you to try it. Over the course of our two-week stay, we had a wonderful time. Except for a chaotic initial evening, which was more than ruined by the friendly service throughout our stay. The hotel does need to be updated, but all of the so-called four-star facilities with broken tes have not been operational and most of the ayano hotels require their pool facilities for example to retire. Mineral water has a destructive effect. Breakfast, which included many fresh fruit, cake, and fruit salad, was quite adequate by italian standards. The only juice is awful, which seems to be typical in Italy, which is a mystery given the abundance of fruit available. Please keep up at night because supper is typically served on trolleys in one sitting. This is not a supper establishment. On the other hand, if you like a dish, they are usually happy to provide seconds, so you win and lose some. We had reserved half board, and the staff was happy to change meals so we could have lunch and then proceed to Verone in the evening, for example, we could have lunch and then go to Verone in the evening, etc. Very flexible. The other hotels in the area also have a gala evening, which is a refined sort of do unlike the hotel directly blast

We were first unpleasantly taken aback by the outdated furniture, old gas heating system, old bathroom, and frigid room. Additional blankets were provided, but they didn't do much. However, the hotels response to our concerns pleasantly pleasantly delighted us. We took three keys and were free to pick our room. We selected a street view room, which was far warmer because the sun remained on that side until the late evenings. The room was also well furnished with a nicer bathroom. Breakfast was simple with limited options, but the dinner made up for it all. The meals were tasty and plenty big enough. The hotel is pet-friendly, they even don't charge pets. The pool was large and pleasant, with a large whirlpool and an outside transition. There is a thermal source, so they can adjust the pool temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated but lovely. Overall, we were satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto soggiornare presso questo Hotel perché è stato chiuso per manutenzione, ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura per non perdere la prenotazione... Purtroppo la struttura non era minimamente allo stesso livello... Hotel vecchissimo e servizi terribili. Il prezzo di questo hotel era nettamente inferiore ma non ci hanno dato nulla in più quindi abbiamo preso una grandissima fregatura. L'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato è l'hotel Al sole Un hotel a tre stelle.... Deludente davvero, nemmeno una stella si merita. Piscine piccolissime e sporche, camera matrimoniale minuscola e sporca. Di sicuro ora sappiamo che posto evitare.

Mai visto niente di così terribile in vita mia! Un albergo fatiscente,ogni luogo visitato era abbandonato e lasciato ad un stato inqualificabile! Dalla piscina che era sporca,arrugginita,trasandata..etc etc,alle camere vecchie e fatiscenti .mai risturtturate !! Mi fermo qua,perché la lista sarebbe infinita ed impietosa. E’una vergogna che possa vantare 4 stelle qui e’sta topaia . Vergognatevi
