Owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist market. The property is located on the main road between the Mater central station and the main piazza, 400 meters downhill from the station all the way down hill. Property is on the level of a multi-tenant building and must be accessed via an intercom system. The elevator takes customers to the apartment, so there are no stairs. The apartment serves its purpose. There is no kitchenette or coffee or tea maker in the apartment, despite the fact that they are available in the reception area. Due to the property's proximity to the fruit market at night, there was some noise. However, the noise did not ruin a restful nights slumber. Breakfast is provided in a cafe not far down the street. The bed and bathroom were both excellent. As previously stated, the owner was very polite and useful. She is on site.

We stayed for a few nights. Our hosts were very welcoming. The location was great and the apartment was newly renovated. The room was clean and access was either via stairs or an elevator. The coffee machine on the front could be used at any time. The room had an air-conditioned and fridge.

The premise is that there are two rooms. During my stay at Persio 31, I had a fantastic time. The room was nice, spotless, and equipped with a fantastic bathroom, and the proprietress, Angela, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The coffee available in the foyer made me even more comfortable, even though I never met another individual after I checked. If I ever go back to Metaphor, I will undoubtedly return to Persio 31 once more. Persio 31 is a tiny structure that is located on the second level of a building, and it is close to the hustle and bustle by foot. If you insist on walking, as I did, I think the bus stop will be a little of a hike, but if you needed one, I am confident that the be could find you a taxi. I never felt as cautious in any of the town I walked into as a young solo traveler. Two rooms are the basis, in my opinion. I had a fantastic time at persio 31. Angela, the proprietor, was both gracious and accommodating. The room was cozy, spotless, and had a fantastic bathroom. The coffee that was available in the front porch was also appreciated by me. I didn't see anyone after I checked, despite Angela being available and extremely accommodating over the phone. She even scheduled a
