Great bed and breakfast right in the middle of Assisi. The couple in charge of the B&B could not have been nicer and more helpful. The room was super quiet, not huge but still very comfortable, good bed, very clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing: fruits, home made bread, home made pastries, etc. Really a great experience. Highly recommended.

One cannot say enough about the owners, the care taken, the wonderful breakfast, the spacious modern rooms. I am sure there is not a better place to stay in Assisi and likely Umbria.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were so wonderful. We missed breakfast on Sunday because we went to Mass - they got everything back out for us so that we could have a bite to eat and a cappucino before heading to the next stop on our trip.

Terrific staff - so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and available! Excellent location, within walking distance of the Basilicas of St Francis and St Clare, on a charming street with cafes, restaurants and shops, lively during the day and subdued at night. Clean, modern rooms.

Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind. Carmine arranged a taxi to pick us up at the train station and helped us get tickets for the veneration of St Francis. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Portica 10. The hosts are just lovely, kind and welcoming. The facilities are well kept, clean, organized and cozy. They had the place decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to in the town of Assisi.

Location,location! The hotel is very close to all sights. Carmine and his wife run this hotel and take great care and pride in its upkeep. Breakfast is delicious with Carmine's wife making the daily bread. The hotel is modern and new within ancient travertine construction. We loved our stay here.

We arrived on October 12th, 2025. We had to park a bit far from the hotel due to the March for Peace but once we got there, it was wonderful! The room was modern and very beautiful ! The breakfast was very good! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel !
