This was my first trip to Turin. The hotel was conveniently located. All of the staff members were welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick. In contrast to other European hotels, the room was enormous. The room was tidy and cozy. The bathroom had plenty of space. There are so many restaurants close to the hotel. If you are a shopping person, you will love the proximity to so many wonderful shops. The area is very valuable. I spent time walking from early in the morning to late at night safe. If I visited Turin again, I would unquestionably stay here again.

My stay was great. Feel luxurious and well looked after. Check-in and check-out was quick, informative and straight to the point. Large, spotless room with all modern conveniences. The location can be a bit noisy in the morning or at night, but I loved it and felt part of it's charm. Staff is great.

The top hotel in Torino. The location is very strategic. Staff is also very kind. From the breakfast to the afternoons, the service can be a bit varied. They provide all services of this hotel.

The rooms are quite classic and in need of a complete overhaul. The pillows were flat, and the couch was dated, filthy, and outdated. Great location, with many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the Egyptian museum. If you are renting a car, the hotel does not provide parking. A small cozy bar with a pleasant, modest terrace where you can enjoy coffee and a bite. Overall, it's a great location, but the room's condition and state are overpriced.
