Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly 72 hours prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Check-in outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge of EUR 20 before 12:00 AM and EUR 50 after 12:00 AM
Dear Valued Guest, thank you for choosing the Regolo Rooms Vaticano for your stay in Rome.In order to organize a smooth check-in, we kindly ask you to inform us the expected arrival time at the Guest House, reminding that our reception is open from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, that check-in time is from 2pm to 8:00 pm and that after 10:00 pm a late check-in expects an extra fee, depending on the arrival time:after 10pm to midnight 20 Euro;after midnight 50 Euro.Kindly be informed that both at arrival (if before 2pm) and at departure (within 8pm) you can store your luggage at the reception at no extra cost.At your arrival, please ring the bell "Regolo Rooms Vaticano" and wait for our receptionist in the hall of the building, so he/she will show you the way to the third floor (Stair A), where the rooms are located.Furthermore, we can organize private transportation from and to the airport (cost varies depending on the number of Guests and on the arrival / departure time) .The driver will be waiting for you outside the luggage claim with a signboard showing your name and will drive until the entrance of the building where our Guest House is hosted.If you wish to book the service, please send us a confirmation with your flight details within a couple of days from the arrival.Waiting for your kind reply, we remain at your disposal for any further information you may need.Best RegardsRegolo Rooms Vaticano Staff
