Upon that day 27 on his way down the Francigena route from sutra to campagnano town, the hotel was so kind as to pick us up from town and drive us to their hotel for free. The owner was so friendly and gave us a warm greeting. Well appreciated. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the bathroom was quite large. The food at the restaurant was delectable, and our waiter was also friendly and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, and they were eager to drive us back to campagnano for free. The breakfast was tasty, and they were eager to take us back to Campagnano for free again. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

We spent the first three nights of our lazlo vacation here as a couple. It was appealing that the location was just an hour drive from rome and conveniently located on the highway north. The structure was most impressive, a classic 500-year-old structure that had been modernized and remodeled to a high standard. The accommodation we were given was small and dark, but extremely comfortable, and although just furnished, it was in keeping with the building's past. The restaurant and outdoor areas were really smart, spotless, roomy, and pleasant. It was extremely disappointing that upon arrival on a Saturday lunchtime we were immediately informed that because a wedding was being held, outdoor spaces, including the swimming pool area, were inaccessible. Also, the eatery would be closed on Mondays. We may have booked elsewhere if we had known of both of these issues. However, the proprietors and all the staff were extremely polite and friendly. Breakfasts were plentiful but sadly there were no bacon, eggs, or other hot options. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were enjoyable, particularly an outdoor dinner by the pool with a pianist who set the mood with beautiful music. These meals, I must say, were pricey. The quality was excellent, but so was the cost. Because the surroundings are peaceful and the company di roma closest town had little to offer, driving is a must. I did

If you want to get a real sense of the warmth and charm of an old historical post in Italy and experience the beauty of the roman hills, this is the place to stay. The friendly staff makes you feel welcome. Professionalism and kindness are amazing. If possible, they will accommodate any request. A peaceful and friendly atmosphere is a rare find today, and we can't wait to return!.

We had a lovely stay here while visiting Rome for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and full of historical charm. The room was comfortable and larger than most European hotel rooms, with a large shower and everything was clean and fresh. The grounds are stunning because it seems to be a popular location for special events. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This location is fantastic, but I'm only quoting from the perspective of one factor. We chose this location since it has a nice pool and wanted to escape Rome and unwind in the countryside and swim. We went swimming on the first day. There was a wedding going on, and they all stared and laughed at us. We are aware of the traditionsuperstition in Italy that you are not supposed to swim before June 1. It was around the end of May and well over 80 degrees Celsius. I and I were fine with being snoring at and laughing at the wait staff was visibly mocking us and glancing at us. However, when we tried to swim the following day, they said we couldn't, they said it was because there was another wedding, but I am aware of this delusional fantasy, which they need to overcome. If you swim before June 1st, you won't die! Or if you walk outside with your hair wet, or wear white, etc. We are living proof! It's OK to have silly fossilized prowesses, but don't impose them on other nonitalians. We paid to swim in the pool at this hotel. Also, if you want peace and quiet, it seems they cater to large wedding parties, there were 3 of the 2 days we were there, and they seemed to give them priority instead of
