A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival, either by credit card pre-authorization or in cash, and is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage or misuse has occurred. For credit card pre-authorization, the amount will be released after check-out, subject to the processing time of the card issuer.
Check-in is not possible after 08:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
City tax is compulsory, payable at the property in cash, and charged per person per day. The applicable amount may vary depending on the period and local regulations.
Final cleaning fee applies and varies by accommodation type, ranging from EUR 70 to EUR 100. Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of waste before check-out; otherwise, a surcharge of EUR 50 for unclean kitchenette and an additional EUR 50 for waste disposal will apply.
Guests arriving after 08:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly at least 24 hour(s) prior to arrival.
Late check-in is available by prior arrangement only.
Pets are allowed, except in common areas. Guests with pets need to pay a EUR 30 cleaning fee.
The price of the stay is inclusive of the use of swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi, shared laundry, bicycles (EUR 50 deposit), umbrella, beach towel, toilet amenities and kitchen facilities.
The swimming pool is open from May to October of every year.
Towels are available at an additional charge. Guests are advised to bring their own.
Utility fee is compulsory and payable at the property from 13 June to 11 September: EUR 10 per adult per day, EUR 5 per child (3–11.99 years) per day, and free of charge for infants (0–2.99 years). This fee includes electricity, gas, water, and 1 set of bed and bath linen. For stays of 14 consecutive nights, linen is changed after 7 nights only.
Check-in is scheduled from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Guests arriving after 08:00 PM without informing the property in advance will not be allowed to check-in.
The reception is open from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM and from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Check-in from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM - check-out by 10:00 AM. Arrivals after 08:00 PM must be communicated in advance to the reception.
