The stay includes Bed linen and towels with mid-week change of bathroom linen (for a minimum stay of 7 nights), energy consumption, unlimited Wi-Fi in common areas and in the apartment, one parking space per apartment. In the case of bookings longer than a week, the assignment of the same apartment for the entire duration of the stay is not guaranteed.
