The hotel had 5 or 6 rooms and no one was around most of the day you have the number of the very helpful lady Florence so some might not like this. Frederick gave us some great recommendations for breakfast and dinner in places across the street. Of course you can stay in big hotels but this was great value and in a quiet, safe, clean building with people who really care about the experience of their guests.

We stayed here for the second part of our honeymoon. federico got in touch with us on WhatsApp before our arrival and arranged for us a private ride. She also allowed us to check in early and arrange for our return transport. She is a fantastic host. Our room was beautiful, very large and modern and had a good selection of mini fridges. While we were on our honeymoon, rose petals were on the bed and shaped towels were on the bed. A really lovely touch. This hotel is in a stunning listed structure and is only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican City and you can easily reach other attractions by metro for 1.50 or taxi for 1020 euros depending on where you are going. Most places we traveled in and got a taxi back. I recommend this hotel 100. A lovely place to stay and the shower is simply amazing.

The interior decoration is amazing. Contemporary luxury carefully selected. The indirect light in the room is very good. 5 star room for 3 star price. Great location quiet place close to the subway and the Vatican. Federico provided a great service. He cares about his clients.

It oozes luxury at the comfort of a room! The rooms are pretty clean and stylish, and the bathrooms are uber clean and comfortable. Although it is close to the main road, bus and tram stations, the rooms are very quiet and not dark at all. It definitely merits being on top of I'm in Rome. We recommend it to all of our friends and will definitely come back!.

I want to thank you for providing us with the perfect lodging for our stay in Rome. My wife and I booked here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary after we honeymooned in Milan last year. We weren't disappointed! Frederick and her husband graciously greeted us in the hotel room at nearly midnight as our flight was late. It wasn't a problem and we were welcomed with enormous smiles and a warm welcome! The next day, we met the hotel owner Edouardo at the front desk and asked for advice on where to eat breakfast without realizing he followed us down and paid the bill! The room was immaculately presented and the location was perfect, being right near the Vatican City I would suggest!.
