The concierge service was amazing and a pleasure to stay with. Overall the experience is above our expectations at Masseria Torre Pizzeria. The food, service, and experience are all top-notch.

The employees here are what make a place worthwhile, and this property is breathtaking. I want to spend the majority of my time focusing on the employees, because they are incredible individuals. The employees are what give a place the distinction beyond a doubt, in addition to ensuring cleanliness to the highest standards, which is especially vital during this pandemic period, and the gorgeousness of the facilities once more. All of the people we interacted with were fantastic competent, friendly, and courteous. We just had breakfast here, but during our brief stay, we paid close attention, and the service was consistently excellent. We observed some terrible behavior from a few other guests who treated the restaurant staff with rudeness, arrogance, and condescending in relation to some outrageously specific demands, which they did their best to meet. I can safely state that staff's response was exemplary and useful to the highest degree. The physical surroundings should also be noted. Our accommodation was opulent and frank, furnished with high-quality materials and decor. I find the food at the restaurant to be excellent, and the atmosphere was tranquil. We enjoyed a day at one of the beach clubs bamba, and we also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel. Regardless, the front desk personnel were helpful and informative. We received fair advice on dining options outside the resort, as well as efficient and welcoming checking and checkout services.

This time of year, we enjoyed our stay, and will visit again soon after the warmer weather. We chose the masseria Torre Pizza as our final stop after spending one month in Italy welcoming family and friends, touring with them, and soaking up the atmosphere for 5 days. We have no regrets choosing this location because it was our first time in public. While Torre Pizza is a fantastic jumping point for exploring other areas of the public, we decided to simply enjoy the property's amenities this time. The masseria is lovely. It is both genuine and reflects the rocco forte style. The room was lovely, and the cuisine was excellent. Yet, it was the staff that made our stay so memorable. From the superb conciergereception personnel to the service people at the bar and dining establishments, to the shuttle service operators and housekeeping, they were all exceptionally pleasant and attentive to the needs of the guests. We spent time at the lovely pool and the 2 beach clubs with which Torre Pizza has established bonds bamba and la palm during summer 2022 due to the exceptionally hot weather in Italy. The beach clubs are provided for free. They have representatives in both locations that facilitate your entry and take you directly to your sunbed. The representatives are also available to assist you with lunch reservations or anything else you might need while at the beach clubs. Their agreements with these clubs assure that masseria visitors have equal access to or even priory access

This group appeals to us, but this one is the poor neighbor from the countryside. Excellent accommodations, but for this price, privacy is lacking. With little effort to make up for the remote location. It costs a whopping $170 per driver to travel to their recommended restaurant, which is just 25 minutes away. The personnel was uninskilled at the level they are making a claim to, and the hotel restaurant was excessively expensive. The winner, in our opinion, was the poolside restaurant and bar. The finest pizzas have ever been provided. Laughing service for both. Due to the emphasis on an upcoming American wedding, which had already booked out the hotel and left many visitors who spoke to us about it furious that their dollar wasnt as good as others, a lack of solid leadership was apparent. Although we are Americans and make contributions, the staff was so determined to and ineffective in attempting to use it a few times. A tip and they deliver. It does not start at this point without gratuity. Some advice. To get above their limited position, rather than the one that transports you to the rural village, which has very few options, a free driver service is required. In case you went through, I saw one of the wealthiest Swedish people refusing to pay the excessive driver fees and then using a taxi herself for a fraction of the cost, which sort of summarize

We love rocco forte. We adore the hotels they maintain throughout the world and rocco forte. They are opulent treasures that are beautiful, well-kept, and an amazing delight to visit. We were awestruck by the Masseria Torre Pizza, the public motel in the rocco forces. Even though it is a tiny hotel than other rocco forte hotels, it is fantastic! If you're seeking a tranquil hotel with excellent amenities, hospitable and wonderful people, and delicious cuisine, this is the place for you. Our five-day visit was fantastic. The hotel has a myriad of wonderful features. Like any rocco forte hotel, the people are most significant. Everyone is friendly, cordial, attentive, and pleasant. Every evening at the main restaurant, we ate. Excellent ingredients, tasty, fresh dishes, and excellent service made the meals amazing and really felt like you were in public. We drank some tears, thanked everyone, and said we looked forward to our return. The pool is excellent, and we had a fantastic time dining at the pool restaurant. The hotel general manager, franco girasoli, and the hotel staff organized a tour and other enjoyable visits for us. The staff was excellent, and we deserve to be praised for their exceptional service. The spa, which is smaller than the hotel
