The hotel is in a multipurpose building with rooms on two sides. The room was clean and bright. The hotel is well located near the US embassy and within walking distance of Villa Boorghese, which we were visiting. The neighborhood is safe. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are well furnished. The room offers a delicious Italian breakfast and good coffee. The front desk staff was very helpful with an airport transfer.

We booked this hotel expecting it to be a normal four-star hotel by international standards, but it's not. We arrived at night and could not find a single sign that said the hotel. In essence, it is a multipurpose building on the top and bottom floor. access is via a very tiny elevator or down the stairs. The room was very small, the bathroom even more tiny. It had no standard door. Shower was clogged. The hotel does not provide room service or anything you normally expect from a four-star hotel. This is a hotel of two stars not a four star. It's great to have a strategic location, very close to the US Embassy.

Ten years have passed since our last trip, and we returned, this time with family in tow. Sometimes, this doesn't work, but the roma was wonderful to us once more. We were even given the same room as before, and alessandro was still present along with the rest of the staff, making our stay so pleasant. The gallery borghese, the picnic, and the via vento for family shoppers are close by. The rooms are a good size, have good air conditioning, and have balconies overlooking the roman streets below. Bed is comfortable, and breakfast is excellent for italy, with great coffee. We're glad that the setting in an antique roman building, which gives us a glimpse into how the Romans live, is part of the joy. It doesn't take 10 more years to return.

Despite having sufficient amenities in the accommodation and bathroom, it did not feel like a four-star hotel. It was well-liked by several things, such as a huge and comfy bed, excellent location in relation to the metro, excellent air conditioning and very easy-to-manage air conditioning, and friendly service. Access to all nearby tourist attractions and numerous dining options is valuable or convenient from the metro. However, there were a few rather significant drawbacks, and we had a hard time dealing with them. First and foremost, the noise! It was particularly noisy and caused by internal circumstances, not from outside factors, such as the road. People were often passing or arriving in their rooms, often lying silently, and whenever someone left or entered their rooms, if they were talking, it went through it loudly. Despite the fact that you didn't want to wake up that early, you were consistently woken up in the morning. In addition, the windows' shutters constantly grumbled in the wind, and it was impossible to fix them or move them around in spite of that. It is also not worth paying extra for a balcony terrace. It isn't worthwhile because it was so tiny, you couldn't sit there, and you weren't able to sit there. Instead, we went out for breakfast. The WiFi connection was also awful.

The breakfast is nice. The room was clean and ok. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Parking at a nearby garage at a lower price.
