The room is spacious enough, the shower booth too. All appliances work. Comfortable bed. Good provision of decent bath towels. The place is quiet, clean and one minute from a tube station and several bus stops, and no more than 15 walking from the Vatican square and museum. Plenty of shops, restaurants and eateries all around, and a good cinema too. Check in instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Un hotel vraiment hyper bien situé dans Rome. A 300m du Vatican, 50m d'une station de métro. Idéal donc pour pouvoir visiter cette ville magnifique ... La chambre est très confortable, il y a même un mini frigo, ce qui est fort pratique. La salle de bain est super. L'accueil plus que correct: 3 jours avant le patron m'avait envoyé un mail me demandant mon heure estimée d'arrivée parce qu'il n'y a pas de réception, il était pile poil au RV ! Le petit-déjeuner est un cafe et un bon croissant fourre à la crème ou au chocolat ds une cafétéria du coin ... Je n'en demandais pas plus. En conclusion, nous y retournerons rapidement parce que nous avons adoré !!!

It was very easy to get around Rome from this hotel. The biggest plus was that it was just 10 minutes on foot from St Peter's Basilica. Tidy room, cleaned everyday.

I stayed in a room at the Roman Holidays B&B for a week. The location is great, the price was reasonable, and the building felt very secure (many layers of locked doors to go through before getting to my room). The only downside is that there was no air conditioning (a ceiling fan provided the much-needed circulation of air). I would stay there again.

Hotel was good, it is an appartment so there is no one on site. But this did not bother us, a man was waiting to greet us at our organised time. The room was a good size, but the doona cover had stains on it, and the shower was very tiny, but other than this it was a good stay, we were here for 3 nights. We walked from the ruins and all of vatican with out any issues, and plenty of food places around too. We organised a shuttle to the airport through the hotel,but we found out it was a taxi and all taxis have a set rate,so we got charged an extra €15 ....but we should have looked into it.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per la vicinanza con l’olimpico in modo da poter tornare a piedi, e per l’ottima posizione! A due passi da San Pietro e dalla fermata Ottaviano con cui è facilmente raggiungibile tutto. Molto carino e pulito.

In a great location 5 mins from station and 5 min journey into centre of Rome, 10min walk to the Vatican some lovely restaurants and cocktail bars near by, mini supermarkets everywhere, fridge in the room so you can store your drinks. It gets a little hot in the room but it's bareable with the fan, I would recommend this to friends had a great holiday.

Affittacamere consigliato. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto carino e gentile. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di frigobar e TV. Molto buono anche il bagno, anche se non era molto ampio. Per quanto riguarda la colazione tutto positivo, basta recarsi in uno dei bar indicati sui buoni che vengono consegnati all'arrivo, molto vicini al b&b. Sicuramente l'aspetto migliore è la vicinanza alla fermata Ottaviano della metropolitana, ad un minuto circa di distanza. Nel complesso, tutto molto buono.

Das "Hotel" liegt sehr zentrumsnah und ist deshalb ideal für Sightseeing. Die Ausstattung und Zimmer ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Gutschein für ein Heißgetränk und ein Biscotti im Cafe nebenan (typisch italienisch). Das Hotel ist eher ein Zusammenwurf aus Apartments im Sinne von Zimmern in einem Privathaus. Da es keine Rezeption gibt sollte man vorher unbedingt dem Eigentümer mitteilen, wann man anreist, damit auch wer da ist um einen einzulassen.

Het hotel is eigenlijk een appartement waarin kamers verhuurd worden. De beheerder was niet aanwezig toen we arriveerden, waardoor bij ons een hoop onduidelijkheid ontstond. De locatie is heel dicht bij het Vaticaan en ook andere highlights van Roma zijn op relatief korte afstand. Kamer was prima verzorgd, netjes en eenvoudig. Geen airco, wel een ventilator aan het plafond. Het was nl. behoorlijk warm in de kamer, omdat de verwarming niet uit kon. Leuk is dat je bonnen krijgt voor een Italiaans ontbijt, te besteden bij enkele adressen naar keuze. Het ontbijt bestaat uit 1 cappuccino of koffie en 1 zoet broodje.
