Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, molto disponibile, arrivati in serata è venuto a prenderci a Marconi. Al mattino ha effettuato il transfer in auto dal resortba Fiera di Roma. Camera accogliente, con vasca idromassaggio, TV. Punterei a migliorare la colazione. Comunque pienamente soddisfatti. Massimo e Monica

After a dreadful morning at the airport, we were welcomed with Andrea and Incredibly hospitable and kind man. The local pizza shop had the best pizza we had in our 13 days of Italy made by an old Italian grandmother. Across the street we got a private tour of the horse farm. My family loved the room and the food and coffee in it. The cactus plants outside were beautiful. Highly recommend and will stay again when we come to Rome! He arranged a ride to the airport in the morning so we wouldn't get ripped off by the local taxis!

Even though there is no check-in desk, the employees were very accommodating. Advanced notice is needed as to what time a guest will be arriving but you have a home away from home awaiting you.

L'appartement est très spacieux avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et un petit jardin. Tout était propre. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant et est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre choix et y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Wanted a place near the airport without getting in and out of Rome. Found it by mistake and was surprised in a good way. Andrea made contact via text and was waiting for us when we got there. Helped arrange transportation for the next day and was very friendly. Great choice.

The hotel assisted with transfers from the airport with ease. Emmanuelle the driver was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He even went out of his way to provide a lift to the car rental company when we were unable to get the train back to the airport to meet our service provider. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Thank you! We stayed here for convenience as it was close to the airport, it was perfect and the size of the space was far more than expected. A great value, clean, spacious, pretty bungalow apartment with very nice and helpful staff.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The openness of the living room/kitchen was great. We felt so comfortable. The layout of the bathroom working very well. We really enjoyed the satellite tv too. We did not get an opportunity to enjoy the outside eating and lounge area because we arrived a little late in the evening and left the next morning for the airport but it was very quaint and relaxing. The whole concept that we were in a house was very nice and refreshing from the other hotels we visited.

We landed at midnight at the airport and needed a 1 night stay before starting our road trip. Even though we arrived at 1:00am, they waited for us and explained everything. Great service, my kids were very happy and we loved the place. Next time we stay longer! Looks like the perfect location in Rome to enjoy the beach and the city. 10min walk to the train that takes you right to Termini station.

Emanuele, our host, was very accommodating with us with our late check in. The room was comfortable and clean. It included breakfast in the morning. Emanuele was kind enough to give us recommendations to restaurants and he accompanied us to the train in the morning. Great customer service! Thank you.
