This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was compact and a bit noisy, but clean, cozy, and well thought out. The shower, though absolute highlight. The water pressure was exactly what we needed after a full day on our feet exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was on point — room cleaned daily without us ever having to ask. That kind of proactive service makes a real difference. The location seals the deal. Steps from the tram and bus station, which made getting around effortless. Everywhere we wanted to go was easily reachable. I would stay there again.

The hotel is minutes walk from Termini station, which is very convenient. The area is nice and quiet. There’s cafes and restaurants close by. Breakfast is good. Highly recommend this hotel

Lovely little hotel just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station. Super clean, climate controlled, comfortable beds and excellent amenities - they have thought and provided everything you may need. The location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions for the average tourist but a 15 euro taxi ride solves that. Alternatively, there is a major hub for busses right in front of Termini that can get you places for a little over one euro. If you only have a day or two in Rome, the closeness of the train station (including the airport express train) cannot be ignored.

It was very nice hotel. Everything was good. Only one complaint I have is the noise next door. I don’t know that because of the other guests never sleep ? But that nothing to do with the hotel or the services

Originally built as an early 20th-century residence, the Royal Court Hotel retains its historic character through inlaid woodwork, classic furnishings, and preserved Art Nouveau details. Passed down through generations, it reflects a long-standing family tradition and a subtle equestrian influence inspired by the founder’s passion for horses. Located on a quiet street just minutes from Roma Termini, the hotel operates as a spread property, with its main building and reception at Via Marghera 51 where check-in takes place, its dependance at Via Marghera 29, and its Royal Apartment at Via Vicenza 38, all within 200 meters of reception. As a family-run property, its mission is to provide attentive, discreet service and carefully maintained spaces that ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
The hotel can be considered a spread hotel, with 3 different locations: the main building, the Dependance and the Royal Apartment.
