Sea Villas Country Village

The residential complex is located on a hill overlooking the sea, set at about 8 km away from Stintino: an ancient fishing village close to the stunning beach 'La Pelosa', one of the most beautiful in the world. The peaceful village centre offers several amenities: supermarkets, local craft shops and stores. All the villas in the residence are elegantly furnished, have TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, crockery and cutlery, bathroom, hairdryer, patio or balcony, shared barbecue, parking. Some villas have access to a shared swimming pool, others have their own private swimming pool. Rates include electricity, water, gas, 1 set of bed linen per week. Reception is open from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Wi-fi connection in the area in front of the reception, free bike rental (service based on availability, a refundable deposit of €50 is required) Café, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, first aid service, ice-cream parlour, ATM, laundromat, and shops (the opening dates of these services are set by the owners, but normally from June to September) within the Country Village. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: € 200. 00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, after checking that no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of checkout during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible by bank transfer (any extra cost will be charged to the guest). SPORTS: diving center, windsurf and sailing lessons nearby, Excursions to the Asinara national park by sail boat or train or jeep and fishing-tourism. BEACH: Le Saline beach (3 km), where it is also possible to rent beach umbrellas and sun beds.
