The hotel is conveniently situated near the beach and the port and city. Even though the balcony with a lovely sea view had fortunately two chairs, the room had three beds and just one chair. We had dinner at the hotel the first night, and it took some time before we had a table because we hadn't made reservations in advance. The food was tasty, and we made reservations from the limited menu, but we never heard anything about how to use the buffet. The service was inadequate, and the food was simply put on the table without a word, and the waitress immediately turned away. We were never requested how the food's tasted, whether we wanted wine, dessert, or any other item. It took a while to place the wine order, and we were never asked about wine, dessert, or how it tasted. After it turned out that only the restaurant's head could speak English. The front desk service could have been better. When we checked in, we weren't given any information about breakfast, the private beach, or the pool, and we were left with the impression that they were not interested in our guests.

It reminded me of Europe and America. I stayed here for a week. I used to live in this area and couldn't wait to have a hotel on the beach. This was exactly what I remember when it was only newly built.

I often imagine this location when I travel. Everything is so wonderful, right from the cuisine to the location. Undoubtedly, a very relaxing and family-friendly trip. Greta's beaches are superb. Also a fantastic hotel for tourists who don't speak Italian.

The hotel is in a good position next to the seashore with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Most areas of the hotel need modernization and the layout of the hotel with many buildings is strange, with a walk between each building and a lot of stairs. The pool and garden are the best part of the hotel. It is annoying that the pool opens in the late afternoon. The breakfast room is not very nice but the view is amazing. Breakfast choice is good but you run out of food regularly. The room is outdated with no fridge safe but kept clean by the cleaning staff and lots of towels. The beach staff was disorganized and we were frequently questioned about what room we were in and how long we were there.

The location is excellent! The hotel is in a great location with nice interiors and polite employees. The room's cleanliness was excellent, with a sea view. The hotel's private pool was excellent and clean. The bathroom's cleanliness was high, and it was quite clean. The balcony was nice and cozy. I liked this place.
