Excellent service from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Simon, the concierge, was the finest. The port and bus stops are only a short distance away, making it easy to go on excursions and discover the island. Highly recommended!

This place is definitely our last stop if we visit Ischial! And then, the atmosphere was so calming. After that, they have a thermal bath which is a plus, and there are other dry places to relax if that's not what you want. Subsequently, they serve fantastic italian cuisine. Finally, the music night was so engaging. Then, even though our room was a bit smaller, the room was a little small and had a great atmosphere. Afterward, the service is really good and the people here were very kind.

I have mixed emotions about Gran Paradise. I like the location because it is close to Padre Piss Church and Hospital. I like the magnificent view it provides in the morning. I like the food and the portions they serve. I like the cheerfulness of the restaurant's waiters. I like the spacious receiving area. I like how the facade was constructed and designed. Gran Paradise is good in so many ways. I do however, wish there were more things that could be done better. I wish their room had a bigger size since it wasn't large enough for two people. The to is quite small and requires too long to respond by switching channels. The washroom door is strange because it's a sliding glass door, but not completely close, making it easy for one to see who's inside. Overall, the comfort of staying in their rooms is somewhat compromised. It's still in the middle. Would I recommend it? Maybe for an overnighter.

When I arrived, my husband fell in love with this location. We arrived three hours later than anticipated after a lengthy trip through the ryan air, which was not unusual and our mistake for booking with them. We were invited to the terrace to enjoy the moonrise and a beverage at the home rather than rushing us through registration. It was exactly what we required. We reserved half board since I am glutenfree and needed to be sure I could get a meal without any issues. On my first morning, Pino, the restaurant's chief, welcomed me and made me laugh. They purchased an array of goods, including muffins, bread sticks, biscuits, cakes, cereal, and many other items, all of which I hadn't purchased or eaten in years. I was instructed not to wait, I was told to help myself. I wont go on about the food more, but I was concerned about visiting Italy because it was a glutendependent diet. During our stay, we were the only British foreigners to stay in the hotel. Our waiter Giuli giovanni would immediately bring me fresh fruit for brunch, especially exquisite white fleshed peaches and fresh figs brought in from the pine field. Nevertheless, Pino and his team had never attempted more. We made a couple of excellent recommendations in the area. There was a lovely harbor that was busy, crazy, and lots of maneuver

We had a great time here. The hotel staff was fantastic and the service was fantastic Pino, Angelo and Claudio were particularly great and went above and beyond to make our stay great. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable, happy and welcome. The pool, sun longer area, jacuzzi and bar were great and where we spent a lot of time! The outlook and location were perfect. Whilst it's a little quieter, I would absolutely recommend staying in Casamicciola rather than Ischial Porto as it's less touristy. It's really easy to get to local villages for restaurants and activities, but Casamicciola and Gran Paradise were the perfect peaceful base for us to stay. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and we had our own table by the window the entire time we were there for breakfast and dinner. We were able to swap dinner for lunch so that we could sample a few local restaurants as well as the hotel. Half board was perfect for us, and we were able to swap supper for lunch so we could sample some local restaurants as well.
