I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel.

Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well.

O hotel é excelente e superou bastante as minhas expectativas. A localização é ótima, com VLT/condução na porta, o que facilita muito o deslocamento até a estação. Também é possível caminhar até a estação que não é longe. A estrutura do hotel é fantástica, com várias comodidades disponíveis. A equipe também foi muito atenciosa durante a hospedagem. Os pontos de atenção são pequenos. O principal foi a vedação da porta do box do banheiro, que não é muito boa e acaba deixando vazar água, molhando parte do banheiro. Outro ponto foi a localização do secador de cabelo, que ficava em uma prateleira baixa e pouco visível no quarto, e é um item que eu uso bastante, mas que só encontrei no dia de ir embora fazendo a checagem se eu tinha esquecido algo. Seria útil haver algum aviso no banheiro indicando onde ele fica. Também achei um pouco ruim que itens como água não serem repostos automaticamente durante a hospedagem, sendo necessário solicitar. Em uma das noites, houve uma situação pontual com um funcionário que parecia novo e estava barrando hóspedes solicitando cartão individual de acesso. Entendo a necessidade de controle e segurança, mas acredito que esse tipo de abordagem poderia ser melhor orientado. No geral, foi uma ótima hospedagem. O hotel é muito bom, confortável, bem estruturado e localizado. Recomendo muito.

Great hotel and as named a social hub. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful (be careful to close the shower door properly or the whole floor gets soaked). Staff were friendly welcoming ans spoke English. Great facilities, the gym was big and had plenty of equipment. There was table top football and little booths for working. The café was well stocked with pizza, sandwiches, desserts and other confectionery. Good location only 12min walk from the train station and centre of town. Good clean area. There is a rooftop bar and pool which can be busy on weekend evenings. Highly recommend this hotel. Would stay again.

We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub hotels in Europe when travelling again.

Love it! A bit more lightning in the rooms would be great but it is beautiful and everyone was great! The rooftop view is freaking amazing! Location is so close to train station where you can take high speed trains to other cities and walking distance to great restaurants, duomo and other places.
