Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and we would never hesitate to return. This property was everything in the photographs depicted, with the door and steps being a well-kept historic structure. The air conditioning, conveniently placed right on top of your bed in the corner, is excellent for when it is hot in Rome and you return to some warmth. The bathroom has excellent amenities, a spacious shower size for two persons, and a nice basin space for the woman to do her job. Milano was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to eat, and she gave us a warm greeting. The mini bar is also available for free, which is convenient. The Spanish steps, the treat fountain, and even the colosseum are all within easy walking distance of the location. It's also two meters away from a place called vos, where we probably had the finest pasta of the trip, which emeliano recommended.

I had the impression that I was in a neighborhood right in the middle of the action and I got a nice small refrigerator here too. We thought the price was reasonable considering the location. We would stay again if we have the chance.

This hotel is an apartment divided into 3 lovely private hotel rooms. It is on the and floor which in Europe means the Grd with only stairs to access. It is on the main pedestrian thoroughfare between the treat the pantheon and steps from the via del torso. Open the window and watch the hordes pass by. But shut it at night all noise disappears. And you should close it because I had a mosquito drifting in... yes, mosquito in the center of Rome! Anyways the rooms are nice and the shower is hot This is a great place to stay in the center of everything rome. One small complaint... The taxi that I asked the hotel to order for me for an early airport pickup was a noshow. Either it wasnt ordered or the taxi company screwed up. Thankfully, a taxi stand a block away and the kind server at the restaurant who pointed me to it resolved this problem.

I spent two days in Rome in early March and discovered this hidden gem. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are very well-designed and spacious. Milano is a great host who is happy to answer any questions you have about Rome. He literally made my Rome itinerary to ensure that I could get the most out of it. Thanks, Milano! Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

I stayed in Rome for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment and room itself were in a great location. Everything is close by on foot. The room was just beautiful and cleaned every day. The hostess Elena was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us everything we needed and being helpful with everything. Overall, it was a great holiday. Thank you, Elena. Thomas Dorothy.
