Lovely Villa & surroundings. Very nice apartment for 3 with a bathroom & 1/2. Very helpful, responsive staff. Good communications, especially for after hours check in. There was a AC unit on in upstairs which cooled off the downstairs eventually. The pull out sofa bed in our apt. could use fuller cushions to sit on and the pull out bed was not too comfortable for an adult male. Other than that our stay was one night and nice. The grounds are lovely. A very relaxing atmosphere with a pretty courtyard & nice pool. I would highly recommend this Villa for your stay.

Fantastisk perle med lækker mad og fine og rene værelser. Smukt område med dejlig og ren pool. Og søde personaler. Det var alle pengene værd og vi kunen kunne sagtens havde blevet ert par nætter mere. Vi havde vores hund med og de er meget dyrevenlige. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!!

Sehr schönes Anwesen inklusive Pool. Zimmer sind traumhaft eingerichtet. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist man hier richtig. Trotzdem gibt es eine gute Poolbar. Einzige beiden Negativen Punkte war der Hahn der einen Weckte und die fehlende Klimaanlage. Aber beides muss man wohl auf einem solchen Anwesen erwarten. Alles war sauber und es war ein super Service. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Beautiful period building in a quite area - Room was excellent - very comfortable and with interesting art and furniture. Grounds of Villa are also lovely, excellent outdoor bar and swimming pool - will definitely stay again

Amazing place, highly recommended!!! Room was cosy, warm. The bed one of the best hotel beds I ever slept on. The customer service was really great. The breakfast with home made pie was just a perfect way how to say goodbye. I would love to come back someday.

This is highly recommended! A hidden gem with more than just the right owner's crew! Nice bar, wonderful garden and pool, villa is hidden behind old stone walls in the middle of trees. Very beautiful and beautifully restored! Thanks for a fantastic stay, we will definitely return! Regards from Austria.

The house and grounds are lovely and well-kept, and in the ideal spot for a restful getaway. The staff was all pleasant, the house and grounds are stunning and well-kept, and there is a lovely pool area. At the time of our arrival, Georgia was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room had a view of the pool, a very comfy bed, and a nice aircon! Breakfast was included as part of the i breakfast option, which we thought was really nice. With the exception of a few additional specialty items, the majority of the menu items were included in the breakfast selection. Most of the menu items were included with the breakfast offering. They also provide a limited food menu throughout the day, including sandwiches, salads, and cold meats, which is perfect for a quick lunch if you stay by the pool all day. As an I visitor, you also get more sun while you're by the pool, which is excellent because it's also accessible to the public. The house and grounds are lovely and well-kept, and the area is ideal for a peaceful getaway. We also went to a few local wineries and explored some of the local produce. They have a list of local activities that can be planned during your stay, such as wine or olive oil tasting, or truffle hunting with dogs, to name a few. They also have a list

We stayed in Villa Niccoltura for 20 minutes and we took a bus to get there. The location is very strategic, located near the pool and a lot of facilities for sports and games. The employees are very helpful. The pool is very refreshing and very well maintained. In terms of facilities, it's not just that, the location is very good, even the swimming pool area is amazing.

A beautiful paradise for relaxing! Shopping, weinprobe, and culture by itself. Families are kind and hospitable. Perfect to run from the altar. A lovely sanctuary to unwind! Shopping, wine tasting, and culture nearby. Family-friendly, dog-friendly. Perfect to get away from everything.

We stayed here for 3 days in the studio apartment. For one night this would have been fine but for 3 we found it too small with too many compromises. We would stay ant this hotel again as the staff, service and pool were all excellent but would choose a larger room. It is a great base to explore Soave and even Verona. There did not seem to be a great choice of places to eat outside of the hotel but the bar served food which was a great place to eat while at the pool. Overall a really friendly place with great staff and a good atmosphere. We will be staying again

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. Noi abbiamo riservato una suite e devo dire che la camera che ci e' stata assegnata era molto ampia, con un bagno grandissimo. Colazione con tavolo in comune e scelta limitata. Nel complesso e' una buona struttura, anche se ritengo che andrebbe migliorata sia la colazione che la visibilità dall'esterno.
