We discovered the village online because we wanted to do something different from all the standard travel brochures and tons of British tourists. Although generally quite accurate, the internet images misrepresent the beaches in the area. The resort leases sections of two beaches. Instead of being the peaceful and idyllic beaches shown on the website, they were crowded with rows of umbrella loungers so you couldn't move around. They also regularly played loud music onto the beach, which was awful. In reality, all of the beaches in that area were the same. The pools were closed every day from 7 pm until 4.30 pm which was a complete pain for our two boys. Also, while the website appears to be quite uk-friendly after it has been translated into English, it appears to be very uk-friendly. Only one member of staff spoke English, a wonderfully helpful man named Michael. With lots of gesticulating, there is only so much you can do with a dictionary! No one on the animation team spoke English so our kids were unable to participate in the kids activities. Last but not least, our biggest concern was the inevitable loud music that we had every night around 7 p.m. 12 a.m. It was without a doubt the loudest constant racket we had ever experienced on any of our holidays. Wherever you were on the website, it seemed unavoidable. The hotel is basic but

We are a family of two adults and two adolescent daughters, and even though we were the only English family present, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lodging is cleverly set out in an old olive grove and although the apartments are basic, depending on your choice, most have air conditioning and an outdoor kitchenette, which was a miracle in August. Staff and animation team were excellent and friendly, but we advise using basic Italian as the menus and signs are all in Italian. Pools and flames were clean and fun, and the beach, which is a five-minute walk across the street from the village, was lovely but definitely crowded because it was August. You won't find this resort in a travel agency brochure, but if you want something a little different and are happy to try to speak some Italian, you will enjoy ourselves as much as we did.

Since I speak Italian, we had a good experience at the resort, which is a lovely place that serves great Italian cuisine. However, my husband and the kids are not Italian, so no one else spoke, and the children were unable to participate in any of the kids' activities. The staff simply shrugged. As many people speak a little English, they were unable to make an effort. Besides, we would have been a little dissatisfied if they had spoken English everywhere we went, like in spain, germany, norway, and even France. The pool was closed after lunch, everything was really terrible if we didn't have two children who were not going to sleep. Our children want to sleep at rp after that, and the party for Italian toddlers has just begun. Regards!.

My experience was fantastic professionally and polite staff, relax, ideal for family with children aged 7 to 17. There is a lot of music and entertainment until late at night and you can hear it all around the resort, even if you're in the apartment. The accommodation is beautiful and functional. It's unfortunate that the wifi didn't work as promised. I'll come back!.
